Toyotatown

It was time for a new vehicle so we decided to look at Toyota Town in London. The sales person we picked was Shawn Longworth...SO GLAD WE DID! I was really apprehensive of taking this step, but Shawn made me feel so comfortable that I quickly forgot to be nervous. He wasn't pushy, he was knowlegable and his humor made it easy to enjoy the process.Any questions we had were answered 100%. When we picked up our Rav 4, Shawn took the time to go over all of the options and even set them up for me ahead of time. We definetly will be repeat customers if Shawn is our sales person. My husband and I had a clear vision of what we wanted when we arrived at the dealership. The salesperson did not attempt to sway us toward something else; he stuck with exactly what we had in mind and showed us the product we wanted. Requesting a test-drive was super easy and there was no pressure afterwards (we knew we were going to purchase, though). The dealership took care of everything on our behalf and had the paperwork all prepared for the pickup date. No messing about--they are organised, friendly, and respect the customers. It shows.

Went in during a busy time, was taken care of quickly. Expected to be waiting for awhile, but my car was done a lot sooner than I had expected.

The staff was very nice, especially Pedram was very kind to my wife and I, was very confident, never rushed us in the decision making of the vehicle, he got me what I wanted, and I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Had vehicle in for winter tire change out to summer tires as well as having the gold package detailing done. Car looks brand new and has that new car smell again!
