Rob has serviced my Toyotas for over 15 years with knowledge, friendliness and professionalism.He will take time to explain any issues and will only recommend required service. I had a tire blow-out. Put spare on, BUT a loud squealing noise occurred when i turned the steering wheel.. Called ToyoptaTown got scheduled that day, Helena Virbec was the service rep. EXCELLENT SERVICE. New tire purchased, minor repair made, communications by Helena was OUTSTANDING. I located the service director and told him that HV was his best !
