Michael did his job and made my life easier. I wasn't pressured or annoyed dealing with Toyotatown while searching for my new vehicle.

I have driven Toyota products since 1992. Since moving to London from Mississauga this will be my second Toyota Highlander leased from this dealership. On both occasions Michael and Sylvia Donavan greatly assisted on both leases with their informative and helpful knowledge of both the Toyota products and financial information.

Sylvia Donovan was great - she took away all the drudgery and frustration normally associated with buying a new vehicle and got it done. We told her what we needed and could afford and after showing us the options she just put it all together in a neat comprehensive package that was fair and easy to understand without resorting to all the usual sales upselling gibberish. We had to wait a few months for delivery but that was during covid and beyond her control. We are long time ToyotaTown customers and we'd buy again from Sylvia no problem.
