Always a pleasure working with this location. Peter was mine and my family’s go to dealer who’s helped us with a few other cars in the past. But this time, he passed the torch onto Lori and I couldn’t be happier. Lori is patient and communicative. She took in my needs and wants in a vehicle and helped me weigh my options. She assured me every step of the way and also further explained certain aspects in the long run beyond just owning a vehicle.

Very friendly and clean dealership.

Very friendly and clean dealership. Joey, my salesman was fantastic and accommodating and his attention to detail was amazing. Lori, my finance advisor was extremely friendly, down to earth and took the time to explain everything. I feel like we've know each other forever. I highly recommend Vaughan Chrysler!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a

Absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle which required no financing. I have left endless messages for Anthony with nothing but broken promises of call being returned to confirm if my vehicle would be ready for pickup as promised, I still have no idea if I can pick up my vehicle today or not? I had also left message to confirm Tire sizes as I wanted to purchase snow tires with rims for vehicle, in my opinion lost revenue. Dilawri Group of Company should revisit there Customer Experience and Values or train and remind there staff of them!! This experience has given me anxiety. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years, COMMUNICATION, INTEGRITY or core values which made me successfull! I would not recommend purchasing from Anthony!

First dealership that has a great service department.

First dealership that has a great service department. Had my Wrangler in for 10 days waiting for parts. Michael kept me informed on a daily basis, showing genuine care for customer. The service advisor took time to explain, answered all my question. Even the service manager was involved, open and honest. Thank you, Michael Dilorenzo, and George. See you at the next service appointment.

Our car was written off and we needed to find a new

Our car was written off and we needed to find a new vehicle as soon as possible. We called several dealerships and they all wanted us to come in person to their shop to give us any details ( ie, high pressure sales). I contacted Vaughan Chrysler and Jake Aghaian called me and discussed what we were looking for, suggested several vehicle options, totally sold me on a Ram with no pressure. It was exciting and he worked with me through the whole process. Daina Miller took care of the sales details and even saved me a trip to a tech store for my Dash Cam. The next day I met with them in person and the whole feeling in the dealership was an air of friendliness and caring. It is, hands-down, the best car buying experience I have had! Thank you to all at Vaughan Chrysler!

Lori is very helpful and professional. She’s amazing to what she does, I highly recommend Lori to friends and family even to anyone, who wants to get a car. She will work with your budget and your credit history. You be be disappointed.
