Just leased my new ram 1500 here at Vaughan Chrysler and the process was painless and smooth. Andrew and Anthony worked with me to ensure I had all the boxes checked on my truck and the price was in my budget. Moving over to the finance department, I was met with Daina who gave me great advice on how to structure my lease payments to make the most financial sense, as well provide some solid advice for maintenance and future planning for end of lease. I don’t often write reviews so hope this is worth something to someone who is deciding on where to go. I was very happy with experience and I’m recommending Vaughan Chrysler to my friends and family.

After becoming frustrated with shopping for a new Ram I was brought to Vaughan Chrysler and introduced to Domenic, number one he had what I wanted and second he also made the process painless. Great location! They had a great selection of both new and used vehicles and some really stunning high performance vehicles.

I serviced my my vehicle on November 3 and Heather was a fantastic service advisor she texted me in the morning to make sure everything I wrote down was correct and also texted me regarding something that I wasn’t aware of and my vehicle was ready on time Vaughan Chrysler and service advisor Heather were great and I recommend this dealership

I am writting this review to express my disappointment in dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep after about 8 months of having it and had to deal with Dmitri, the lack of customer service was unbelievable, made me deal directly with the leasing company to request the Lien release letter, where even they were a bit surprised as I purchased the vehicle from Vaughn Chrysler. I called several times for clarification and asked if he can send the lien release letter to me and in short he said it wasn’t his problem, it was mine as he did his part by sending the leasing company the cheque. Not impressed!

I had the best experience at this dealership with both of my cars. Albano and mike are amazing and i recommend them to help you choose your vehicle.

I brought my Fiat 124 Abarth in for service. Heather greeted me and as the saying goes- she had me at hello. She confirmed my appointment and the service I required. She asked if there was anything else she could help with. She then proceeded to set me up at a free desk in the showroom where I was able to work while the service was performed. Once completed she notified me and handed me all the paperwork. The experience was seamless. Heather was polite, patient and professional. She smiled and exuded genuine care for me and my vehicle. I highly recommend her and the dealership in general.

We were greeted immediately upon entry to the showroom by a seasoned professional who was Billy as well as helpful. Rather than pushing us into a sale, he gave options for us to consider. Quite frankly, Ram options was suggested and inventory shown to us. Options were discussed and opinions offered. Our offer was presented and Billy worked with us to close the deal. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime. We just wanted to look at a car that we saw online but driving from Belleville & meeting Albano Melo certainly solidified our curiousity. Albano was so professional & we enjoyed his sense of humour as he made it a pleasant experience about getting a vehicle to suit our needs. Albano is all about making sure the purchaser is happy about investing in a used vehicle. No detail was missed during our inquiries about the vehicle. He took the time to show us how the new technology worked. Trust is very rare but with the emails & contact that we made with Albano it was never an issue.
