I was in need of a new vehicle ASAP. I found what I was looking for online, and left a message to book a test drive. I was contacted very quickly by Phil Heath via email (it was very early in the morning!), and we arranged a time for a test drive that afternoon. I went with my son, and was warmly greeted by Phil. It didn't take long to get out on the road. Afterwards, we sat down to discuss a deal. I knew I wanted that car!! Phil worked a great deal for me, and I purchased the vehicle on the spot. I picked it up a mere three days later. Phil contacted me to let me know it was ready, and when I got there--he very patiently explained EVERYTHING to me to make sure I was comfortable with it all. Everything was sooo...electronic! The following day, I had some questions about a package I wanted to add to my vehicle (tire/rim protection), as well as a question about some of the controls in my car. Phil answered that question for me. As for the tire/rim package, Tina Nguyen took great care of me. After several emails and a couple of phone calls, I was left a very satisfied customer. I am loving my new JEEP Cherokee!! I highly recommend getting a vehicle from Vaughan Chrysler!

I did run into some problems with the delivery of my Jeep, it was quite a bit longer than the expected date. But Sylvia was helpful and kept me posted on everything. She is warm, friendly yet still very professional. Excellent customer service from her!
