Third visit here. Second visit was a fix of an insurance job. Carstar could not fix the knocking noise in the front axel while turning despite returning multiple times. Brought it here(Vaughan Chrysler) and they found the issue and fixed it properly THE FIRST TIME. I had a issue on this last visit, Victor and Adriano took care of it quickly. Overall I was pleased.

I was referred to this dealership by a relative who had always received great service from the staff, particularly Sirous Azimi. When I first walked into the dealership with my toddler, we were greeted and welcomed. I met with Sirous and explained my experience at other dealerships and we discussed the vehicles I was interested in. Sirous listened to my needs, offered his true opinion and never made me feel pushed or rushed to make a purchase. He had a great attitude and the experience was very positive. He also interacted with my son and kept him entertained by showing him the cars in the showroom :). I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back here for future vehicles. Sirous is by far the best and this dealership is now my #1 choice!!!

When I went to the dealer Silvia Radoi help me to get my fist car which I didn’t think I was going to be approved ,she took care of everything and got me the car I wanted . She is an amazing person because they are places were u go and they just care about making business at that time I didn’t drive and I had to take Uber everywhere Sirius azimi brought me home and was also very nice with me and took care f everything . I am very grateful with the two of them and buying my fist car didn’t feel no stressful at all because they did everything for me .. I would recommend this dealer to everyone because they have the best team that care about their customers and make them happy and approved ... I love my new Jeep Wrangler

I was very impressed by the assistance I received from both Silvia Radoi, and Michael Rebelo during our car search. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with us and our unique situation. We came in thinking we wanted a minivan, but both listened to what we were saying and realized that wasn't what we really wanted, and steered us towards a more suitable vehicle. Thanks to both Silvia, and Michael, we were able to drive away in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and we've been happy ever since!
