He said “ how about today, I can get that done for you”. Not only did he get me in 2 hours after I called but he recommended some services and offset the cost with my Ford Pass Points. I will never go back to this dealership for service again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Every time I have bought it in for service there is damage on the vehicle or something is broken when I pick it up. Two times it left with dents and paint damage, one time with a bent damage license plate mount and this most recent visit the hood ajar light was on and would not go off. NOT ONE TIME has this dealership taken responsibility for my damage. I am finished with Depaula Ford!
