My wife and I had a terrific buying experience. We did a lot of shopping around and got a good deal on a great vehicle. Salesman Walt Ealey was very quick to respond to the emails I sent requesting info before visiting. When I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, he was quick to offer suggestions of similar vehicles. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. One of the most impressive things was that he repeatedly offered to be of assistance AFTER the sale. I feel that he genuinely wants his customers to be happy with their purchase beyond the short term. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase, and would recommend Walt Ealey and the sales staff at Glenn Nissan.

This dealership has been the best experience in my life. I'm in my 50's and that is saying something. Sean, the general manager, and finance works very well as a team. Sean is an awesome salesman. We spoke over the phone he went right to work to get me the car that we wanted and got back with me in no time! He listened to exactly what we wanted he didn't try to sell us something cheaper just to get the payment lowered. We got the payment that we wanted and a few dollars less. As I said we did the transaction by phone we went and picked the Altima SL up the same day. We live in Corydon Indiana it was well worth the hour and half drive. I highly recommend going the extra miles. I try to do my homework. I contacted I think every dealer in my area, Clarksville, Louisville even Colorado Springs. The New Altima SL is a great car, loaded with great stuff. if you haven't test drove one, give it a try you will very surprised. I just can't say enough about this dealership and the team that they have working there.

This is the second car I have purchased from Glenn Nissan in the past three years. Both of my purchases were through Quincy McDaniel and both experiences have been excellent. I would also like to compliment Eric McDonald who also worked with me on my second purchase. Quincy and Eric displayed great team work.

My purchase of a Nissan Altima at Glenn Nissan with Jason O'Bradovich was both professional and enjoyable. After a phone call from Jason, I agreed to test drive the Altima and have my trade-in vehicle evaluated on Tuesday evening, 11/25/13. After a short conversation with Jason, I said I would pick up my new Altima on Saturday 11/30/13 and sign the paper work. I arrived at 10:30 on Saturday, signed the paperwork that had been completed ahead of time and drove off in my new Altima. This is a pleasant way to buy a vehicle. It is professional, enjoyable and efficient. This is the 7th vehicle that I have purchased from Glenn Nissan. By the way, I love my new Altima SV. It rides like a dream. Mike Henke

Walt Ealy was very knowledgeable about the inventory of vehicles. When I mentioned some features I would like to have and they were not on the vehicle I test drove he immediately said he had another vehicle that had those features. He explained the features of the car in detail and one of the most important things he did was make sure my telephone was paired with the bluetooth capabilities of the car. All persons we encountered in our buying experience were friendly and willing to help us. Walt apologized several times for the length of time it was taking to get to our paperwork due to having only one person available. The buying experience was handled professionally, courteously and personally. This is the third car I have bought from Glen Nissan but this experience was definitely the most pleasant.

Jason was a great salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my inquires (even when he was on his bike riding!) This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Glenn Auto and I have found the quality of their customer service to be top-shelf.
