I negotiated the purchase price online ahead of time, which made for an easy buying experience. Bill was straightforward and helpful as we reached an agreement. However it wasn't until after I had agreed to buy the brand new car that it was revealed to me that this car already had 400 miles on it despite being sold as new. The dealer should have been more straightforward about the unusually high usage. Additionally as I was driving the car home the tire pressure warning light came on. I stopped and checked to find all 4 tires around 30 psi (9 psi under inflated). It was discouraging to receive warning lights in my brand new car. Simple things such as tire pressure and fluids should have been checked before the car was ever sold.

I’m shocked the process was so easy! Murice made it incredibly easy to choose a car. He was knowledgeable and extremely supportive during this process!

Volkswagen of Marietta provided me with excellent service! They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and escorted me to the waiting area once I was done with the intake process. To top it off, I was asked if I wanted a complimentary hand car wash to which I replied, "Yes!" I think I have found a new home to service my vehicle going forward.

David was very helpful. He went over My car’s service. He told me what I should get done soon also. And the shuttle guy was very personable.
