They offered us a very favorable trade-in value for our old car, found exactly what we were looking for in a new car, and didn't try to pressure us, upsell us, or make things complicated. Went in Dec 2019 to get a sensor replace$600. A month later having the same issue. Took my car back to VW Jan 2020. The service department ran a diagnostic 142 dollars. A list of problems that wasn’t noted in Dec and quoted a price for $1600. The quoted price for service had nothing to do with my original issue.

Very nice and clean dealership. Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist, to my saleswoman Alana and Eddie the finance man. I had a great experience.

Excellent service and transportation was particularly helpful. AJ super nice. My only disappointment was that each time, one thing has been left undone. Chirping sound was quickly heard by service manager when we went for a drive. The car was there for 3 days and this would have easily been addressed if car had gone on a ride without radio blaring.
