Bad customer service

I walked in and asked for one of their sales people so I can see an used XK they had on the lot,the girl at the front looked at me and said that no one is available an she doesn't even know how long you need to wait to get a sales person,after walking around for about 30 min we had to just leave no one wouldn't even look at you.then I called later that they and Internet sale told me if I want the car I should give them deposit over the phone so they don't sale the by 6 pm at the time I called it was 5:15 pm. I had to stop even talking to cortney it was just disgusting . Following Monday I went there and spoke with Don (sales) he unlocked the car and convertible top was not working they try to fix it with tech guy but couldn't Don told me he would call me back the next day after they fix it so we can make something happen he never ever did. 0 customer service unprofessional people in sales on the phone and up front

Phenomenal Experience

Pleasant people, great atmosphere, stress-free negotiation and closing process...I truly enjoyed the entire experience. Our salesperson Servet Acar was a true gentlemen. This is definitely not the last car we buy from Prestige Land Rover Paramus.

Great service, polite staff.

It was a realy pleasant experience! James is a great salesperson who will give you the best deal. Sean is another great employee who helped us with everything. We got a new car at the best deal in the state within 4 hours.

Treated like a king

We leased a car for my daughter from prestige Land Rover. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royality, our salesman servet spent a day looking for this car. He spent days making sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted. He was extremely patient with us and made the process very easy. We are so pleased with the car and my daughter is so happy with it! I recommend Servet to anyone who walks into prestige Land Rover, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Service and a Great Deal on my Range Rover

I leased my Range Rover Autobiography from Prestige and they gave me a great deal and were very professional. My salesman, Servet, was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgable and helpful with my purchase. He went out of his way to get me the best deal I could possible get. I will highly recommend him to all my friends and look forward to another vehicle purchase in the near future. I will request Servet as my salesman when I come to purchase my Lambo.

Excellent Customer Service

The experience was first rate, Sean showed me everything I could possibly need to know about my first Jaguar. By far the most pleasant dealership and team I have ever dealt with.

Great experience !

My husband and I had the most wondrous experience here getting our 2016 Land Rover Range Rover. We met Mike Copper and he was simply a pleasure to work with. Mike took great care of us from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Mr Cooper was very patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Just when we thought things couldn't get any better we met Rashid Basir who was also great to work with. It was a special weekend for me as the Range Rover was a gift from my husband to me. I'm glad that Mike and Rashid were there to make this special event even more spectacular and memorable. Mike and Rashid are the best and I definitely look forward to doing more business with you all in the future. Thanks again for everything, I LOVE LOVE my new Range Rover!!!!

Used car purchase

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Servet Acar. the salesperson was very low pressure and friendly. The purchse experience was very easy. My only complaint would be the vehicle could have been cleaned/prepaired a little better begore it was delivered to me. I would recommend this dealership.

crooks they try to charge me for service I just had done

They told me no recalls fro land rover freelander. Not true found many recalls. They charge me for work done a few month before. I also go service light on two miles after having 1400 0f service done. Did not help me. These cars are lemons should never have bought one.

wonderful experience

sean boyd was extremely thorough in explaining how my new Discovery Sport works. Now if I can remember it all. Also r Rashid made it easy with the amount of pages we needed to sign. We did have difficulty with our initial salesman but once Jay, the sales manager, took over it was smooth sailing.
