Absolutely unacceptable experience with Land Rover. I purchased this vehicle just 4 months ago as a Certified car and have driven only 3,000 miles. Now I’m being told the left rear tire needs to be replaced and the car requires an alignment — and they expect me to pay for it. How does a “certified” vehicle need a tire replacement and alignment after only 3,000 miles? If these issues existed, why was the car sold to me in this condition? What’s even more concerning is that they agreed not to charge for the alignment — which clearly suggests the problem was already there. So why am I being asked to pay for the tire? On top of that, I was left stranded for over 4 hours due to a complete failure of their roadside assistance. Multiple false updates, canceled requests, and zero accountability. This is not just bad service — this is a pattern of negligence. I will NOT pay for a tire or any related issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. A certified car should meet basic safety and quality standards. Extremely disappointed. Definitely not the level of service you expect from a brand like Land Rover. I will be sharing this experience publicly so others are aware before making the same mistake

I feel completely misled by the way they handled my vehicle and my case. Not only were my concerns ignored from the beginning, but it also seems their staff is trained to say “everything is fine” even when the car clearly isn’t. 📌 A customer may not be a mechanic, but they drive their car every day — we know when something is wrong. From day one, I spoke up, and no one listened. Now, I am taking my case to Bergenline Court, because I genuinely believe this is not just a mistake — it’s a lack of respect and professionalism. After this experience, I would NOT recommend buying or servicing a vehicle at Land Rover Paramus. When someone invests in a brand like Land Rover, they expect quality, responsibility, and honesty — not excuses, lies, and a damaged car.
