Fantastic Experience!
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt it was necessary on the exceptional experience I had with prestige Jaguar, in particular, Roshan (Sales), Tom (Finance) & Bill Gonyea (GM). Roshan was very courteous, knowledgeable, and made it a pleasant buying experience. Tom was quick with my paperwork and did not pressure me into purchasing extra programs. I am extremely happy with my new 2016 XF.

Everything was perfect thanks to Mike Cantalupo. I didn't even have to go to the location to sign/pick up the car! The whole purchasing process was the easiest I had ever seen.

Wonderful experience
I can't not thanks enought Mike Cooper for his professionalism and patience! Mike was so helpful. He have a hight knowledge of the car and listen his costumer! Mike was available at all time for any questions we had during the all process. I recommend his service to anyone who look to purshase a car at Prestige! Amazing new Discovery with AWESOME&FAST customer service!
I've been leasing for over 15 years and anyone who leases knows...it takes forever to get through the process and paper work from start-to-finish. I walked in on a Wed. evening, was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who quickly introduced me to my sales rep. Roshan Ramdass, who expertly answered all of my questions and even made the impossible...possible! How??? I wanted a LR Discovery or Evoque with specific features (including remote start) but was told that they were not quite there yet and wouldn’t be in these cars until later this year. My existing lease was ending in 2 weeks, so I didn't have the luxury of time to wait. Roshan must've saw my disappointment as I've always wanted a Rover (my favorite vehicle EVER!) He said, give me a moment and within 5 minutes he returned and confirmed that there was an app. that I could use which would give me the Remote Start feature I so wanted. After working out the pricing and even getting my FAVORITE color with ALL of the features I wanted, I was all set in record breaking time. I returned that Friday at noon for my pick-up appt., met with Tom Pasquale (who was equally as courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my time by having all of my paper-work prepped ahead of time and ready to go)...which had me driving home in my new car in less than 2hrs (including a thorough and complete car over-view)! Unheard of in the car buying/leasing process of today (I never understood why it would take some other place 4, 5, 6+ hours to complete a deal!) Efficient, experienced, professional, and friendly! I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market to pay Prestige Land Rover (of Paramus) a visit...and ask for Roshan!

Top Notch Service by Roshan and my New Jaguar XF
I was so delighted. Most people go into a dealer undecided and not clear on what they are looking for. I am not that kind of customer. I know what I want, narrowed it down online and walked in and said... There are the 3-5 XF models I would be interested in. I explained that I am a no BullSh_t type guy and want to be in and out. Roshan LISTEND and RESPONDED accordingly and I was out the door with my new car in mere hours. Rashid in Finance was also good. Quick and to the point and will get you in and out with questions answered. The Manager Bill was my first point of contact and when I told hi what I wanted, he directed me to Roshan and it was all smooth. Thank you Bill for running such an efficient team and dealer. I can tell you it isn't always this smooth.

"Excellent Customer Serice"
I had been searching for a Range Rover Evoque. I knew exactly what I wanted. I called Prestige in Paramus. Jay had Garrett called me back immediately. From the moment I started speaking to him, he put me at ease. He answered all my questions I had. He even called me on his day off to answer my questions! Now that’s customer service! We drove 2 hours to look at the car. I fell in love instantly! He was very thorough in showing me everything in the car. There was a tire that we didn’t like and Garrett had it changed immediately. He also assured me my payment would be where I needed it to be and worked with Tom in finance to get it there. We went on a Saturday which was extremely busy. The staff made sure we were comfortable while waiting and constantly checked on us. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Best car buying experience
I lessed my new 2016 Discovery sport from prestige Land Rover . Everything was nice and smooth. My sales representative Mr. Servet is a great sales person. He was really helpful . He did everything possible to give me a good deal. I think I got a deal of a lifetime. I m not going anywhere else again for my future cars. Thank you Prestige Land Rover and Mr. Servet.
