Recently bought a 2021 truck from these guys from out of state. We were absolutely lied to on the condition. They sent us a video and purposely left out all of the damaged. We’ve got multiple texts stating the truck was in perfect condition and it was not. Eddie ford even told me over the phone that my perception of a clean truck differs from his which was absolutely rude and weird as a clean truck is a pretty easy and clear statement. Also they stated the truck went through a safety inspection before selling it but when we got it it stopped running the very next day and had to have the batteries replaced as they were not the correct batteries and the terminals were hitting the engine bay stabilizer bar and there was electrical tape on them also. It was a nasty issue. The bed has been repaired/painted and the paint is horrible and you can see runs in it. Also the bed is smashed into the cab of the truck. They clearly told us that there was perfect paint and no damaged.They have since stopped responding to us and they aren’t helping at all. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Yes we are already speaking to an attorney. I have asked them over 5 times already to send me a list of repairs that were done on their behalf to the truck before selling and they won’t respond. Also they have the extra key that they won’t send to us either. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I HAVE TEXTS AND VIDEO TO PROVE ALL OF THIS. ALSO TEXTS WITH FOUL LANGUAGE AND THREATS DIRECTED TOWARDS ME FROM EDDIE FOR REACHING OUT TO HIM AND POSTING MY REVIEW.

One of the worst stealerships I've been to. Horrible dealership practices. Non refundable deposits. I have a long story I could tell, in the end. Just don't do any business with them

For someone like me that gets stressed buying cars, this group does an a great job making sure my family felt comfortable from the test drive to the purchase. Amazing experience with Eddie and Billy. They are very transparent and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

I bought a Range Rover and traded in an Escalade. It has been 30 days and the loan on my trade-in still hasn't been paid off. I contacted the dealership and they have not replied. On a side note, my car also needs $5,282.90 worth of repairs that should have been evident to the dealer, not including the cosmetic damages/missing parts and the tires we had to replace. They also forgot to get the vehicle inspected before selling it to me. None of the imperfections were shown in photos. To the contrary, the photos intentionally hid them, and through multiple phone calls they were not mentioned. Basically, this dealership offers good prices and the staff is friendly but the vehicles are in poor condition. It's worth getting a mechanic inspection before purchasing. And don't give them a trade-in if you have an outstanding loan or you'll be making payments on both loans for a while.

They will force you to get a deposit on file and when your loan isn’t approved they will ask you to get funds or else your deposit willl be non refundable . In the process they will keep getting you to add more of the “ non- refundable “deposit Be smart , go to a larger dealership that actually has good business ethics .

You better have the car inspected by a professional before you drive off the lot- once the docs are signed, you’re on your own.

Dealership called / texted me to come in and look at truck I had seen on-line and was very interested in. Get to dealership and the owner's son has the vehicle out joy riding and I can't look at the vehicle. Drove over 30 mins to get there. Completely unprofessional. Would not trust these guys at all. These are the folks that give USED CAR SALESMAN their bad reputation. Third rate organization.

Initially hit a snag due to miscommunication, but John was able to seal the deal. He was responsive and attentive, and there were no high pressure tactics. Sal, the sales manager, was easy to work with.

Bought a car from Amir and the buying process was super easy and made the financing even more of a breeze by getting all the paperwork prepared. Love the car!
