Salesman was pleasant and only one minor hiccup
Salesman was pleasant and only one minor hiccup negotiating and closing the deal for the 2016 Civic. Paperwork and vehicle delivery process was quicker than expected. Only issue was only one key delivered with the car. I asked to see if there was a 2nd key, was told they would check. After being notified a second key was located and mailed, it never showed up. Salesman who ?would be there for me? stopped responding to my texts for information. So I?m now stuck buying my own replacement key because of there (I have to guess) negligence. Still would consider going back for a good deal.

Highly recommend Gary Yeomans Honda! I recently traded in my six year old Honda Civic for the 2026 model. Love the car and Jason Gama is a super salesman. Showed me all my options ( car & buying). Was very helpful answering all my questions and made the whole process easy. I was very impressed with his ?can do? attitude. Whatever I wanted, he made it happen! I would say if you are shopping for a car, see Jason Gama, he is the best!

We were treated good by Jason Gama. He showed vehicles in the lot according to our preference. We ended up getting the latest CRV Hybrid Sport Touring that?s not available. But we got it the next day.

Excellent friendly timely service.
Excellent friendly timely service. The waiting area was nice and clean. Complimentary coffees including cappuccino, etc... were available. I was offered a ride by the dealership because it was a major service.

Easy to make an appointment online. Was told the oil change would take an hour thirty minutes. After one hour I was on my way.

My service advisor is always courteous? keeps me informed as work is underway and explains the work done when I check out. The service department gives me a thorough report of work done and the advisor reviews the report with me as well possible work that will be needed in the future. Facilities are comfortable and it?s possible to order a good breakfast or lunch. Wi-Fi easily accessible. All in all a satisfying experience.
