Returned to the Service Dept. for the second time as "Tire Pressure Low" warning sign comes up. Lias Klarich took good care of my concern and had the... Tires throughly checked out. After an exhausting day of haggling with 2 other dealerships, we trudged into Gary Yeomans Honda and we are so glad we did. Our salesperson, Kelly, was... so kind and helpful and not pushy at all. We were planning to buy a 2 year old accord but they gave us such a great deal, we went with a brand new one!!! Thank you Roy for making the numbers work!!! During the signing process, Dan, the finance guru was knowledgeable and presented us with warranty and protection options, but didn't try to push us into buying we didn't need. We will definitely buy from Gary Yeomans Honda again.

The initial sales experience wasn't bad, but it took some extra effort on our part to find the right vehicle to purchase by examining the inventory on-line... and then getting the price to only moderate gouging. Then things got silly. 1. They couldn't furnish the second key fob or owner's manual because they were locked in a room for which no one had a key. Okay, so I'd come back tomorrow and pick them up. 2. Came back to pick up the key fob and manual and received them after a long wait. However, I now had two key fobs for driver number 1. I would have to come back when they got key fob number 2. 3. Another trip with the car and key fob number 1 to have a new key fob number 2 programmed for the car. Told by salesman to go to service bay. Met service manager there who knew nothing of my plight, but would see if they had a key fob. I updated salesman on status, and he said he had the key fob and eventually tracked down the service manager. The service technician programmed everything (1 hour) and returned the service order to the service manager's desk, but the service manager was no longer around. I found a another service person, explained my situation, and she courtously got me on my way. 4. Checking the car at home, I found no key for the locking lug nuts (an option priced outragiously for more profit). Another issue requiring a return trip to the dealer. 5. The vehicle was given to me with a 30 day temporary tag pending transfer of a tag from my existing Honda Accord being transferred to my Daughter. During this 30 day period, I didn't receive the new registration for the transferred tag and called the dealer when the temporary tag was about to expire. Found that it was sitting on someone's desk, and I had to make another trip to the dealer to pick it up. Dealers get a lot of 5 star reviews, which they request from their customers. However, I question that people who write these reviews actually have such a great experience based on my experiences. I'm not calling a dealer "bad". I'm just saying buying a car is not pretty.

I really appreciated the salesman. He was very informative but not high pressure. I was there to have my car serviced but ended up trading cars.

Had a bad battery in my car. Called service dept and got a quote and said not appt needed. He was right! I came in next afternoon and service ladies took... quick care and even washed car and kept price quoted. I would recommend this place to anyone

Very easy process and made enjoyable with help from Bob Murphy. He gave good information and helped get a new car (the color I wanted) transferred from... another dealer that day and deliver to my house. I was able to do the insurance online at the dealer, so did not have to worry about that. Normally haggling, but got what I wanted.
