Bad service after the sell
I was give the run around so many times when I call about a problem with the truck I bought the truck found out it was wrecked ball joint bad I have had to replace the ball joint and needs a tire now no one can get the truck lined up don’t go here

Hi Jason, we have been in contact with you to bring the truck in since July 22,2019. You bought the vehicle in March 2019 and we have yet to see you. According to our records we have reached several times and you replied you would get back with a time to bring it in. We can not fix what we can not see. Very unsatisfied
When we first came in We were told we were Finance for a van. Then we were told we xould not get the van. So they said we could get us in a smaller vehicle. So we agreed to go in a smaller car with no down payment let us take the car for 5 days then when we came back to sign papers they came back to us that we had to put $1,500 down we told them that we did not have $1,500 to put down so they agreed to put us in a Hyundai car car with no down payment and we signed papers and gave them our van for a down payment now they're coming back 2 weeks later that we have to bring the car back cuz they want a down payment very unsatisfied with your employees at Matthew Motors in Wilmington.

I have mixed feelings, after reading you would understand... Sales people were very friendly, ours was very nice; smelled like cigarettes everytime he walked back to us. He was patient with my wife and I to pick out a car she liked. The manager and sales guy asked how much we would be willing to pay, $300 max, then they show us a price of $500!!! I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot what I said?!? We could not get financing that night, too late??? So my wife was waiting the entire next day no call??? She goes down there and no paperwork!! After an hour they come up with a price I can deal with over the phone, after I talked to the salesman he tells me the finance percent is 7% so my wife and I agree, she signs the paper work without me there and comes home with 9%!!! I tell them the following day, they say it was a verbal mistake, but the $ amount is correct.... Hmm, most businesses would do something for there mistake, but NOTHING? 2nd issue: My wife found lots of garbage under seats shortly after having the car, they need to get better cleaning people(I have photo to prove of garbage) 1 week later... 3rd issue: They did not send payment to previous loan company, saying that they do not pay until it is due? (2 weeks after purchasing car and selling them our car) So you need to decide if this posting helps you decide if you want to go there.

Don't do it!!!
I will say , they will get you approved no matter what they have to say or how high your interest rate may be. They stand by their cars and trucks, until you walk out the door that is . I'm so sorry I ever went to this dealership truly the worst experience buying a car. I would not suggest anyone go there, they are certainly not the walking man's friend.

Disappointed
I emailed the dealer three times to inquire the price of a vehicle they had advertised. No response. So i went to the dealer asking to see the vehicle. Instead they tried to sell me another, very different vehicle. I was left sitting for 20 minutes while the salesperson, "Cowboy", went to ask about the vehicle I had come to see. I finally went to the managers's office and they were just chatting. I'll NEVER go back there!
