It was a custom order and because of that the wait time was quite long but expected. Arrived for oil change and tire rotation at 7:00 AM today. Second in line for service and it 2hours to complete the work. The length of time did not upset me as much as the rudeness of the customer service tech. After 4 years of servicing my Jeep, I will never return for any service. They are the worst!!
