Service department is a complete and total failure. They can not multitask, service will not keep you up to date on your cars status. When you do communicate with you, you are left with more questions than answers.

I made an appointment to have driver door adjusted. It was for 11am. They knew what I was coming in for. They don’t adjust doors there. They have a body shop do it at a later date. I was there before 11am, they told me at 3pm that a body shop will do this someday at a later date. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership 8 hours was stolen from me and gas prices are very high. It was a wasted day and I wonder if I will get a phone call with an appointment for the body shop to align the doors on my new truck

I had scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to get my Grand Jeep Cherokee L looked at for electronic issues and recall items. Several hours later, I asked the advisor what the status was and it wasn’t in the shop. After another hour and a half, I asked what the status was and she proceeded to tell me they were not sure if they could get to it today. When I asked her what the point was in having an appointment, she said the appointment was merely with the advisor, not when they could get my car into the shop. I’m entirely frustrated asIve never had to deal with anything like this at any other dealership. Simply terrible and nonexistent service.
