All Good!!

All good and no complaints!! I have been in only a couple of times for service, but, every single time Deperrian gives top notch customer service!!

I hate Step one

I had a 63$ sensor go out. They charged me $325. In labor. Plus a 6$ put on charge. Well what was the labor charge then? Like I hate going to any Step one dealership

The dealership is the worst of the worst.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I told the GM that I purchased an extended warranty and permaplate. After he checked he said I didn’t but was charged on my contact $1477.00 for one. On the permaplate I asked about it. It was to be free but I paid $189.00 for it. When I asked him about that he said they have it on contract and I did not pay for it but I did.The figure’s on contract just don’t make sense to me. The more he lied to me the madder I got. And I was very upset when he keep telling me it was a she said he said. A person who was at F&I door was laughing while my concerns were researched. He made it indicated I was lying. I worked in dealerships for 35 years. I am used to truthful personal but this place needs some training or management changes. My family has been in the business since 1938 and they were an excellent customer service. That is why my morals are high. I could go on and on but I am sure their story will be a whole lot different. I’m sure he will use his she said he said excuse. I expect something to be done. I don’t want to go through the process of making complaints to the appropriate organizations. I want a refund for these items and taxes on these items.

I have to do my own warranty Inquiries

Brought my 2017 Dodge Challenger in for a issue of the handling and transmission, pick car back up five days later they said that everything was fine but there was a issue with the rear end and they would be contacting my warranty to see if it is covered, picked my car up it has been almost a month still have not heard back from them whether or not it was a warranty i have called at least five times with no return calls don’t recommend taking your car here for service Zero communication with customer

Good service, professional and prompt. Dropped off my truck for an oil change and appreciate the fact it didn't take all day. Always reliable service at the dealership

So happy with our new Jeep Gladiator Overland!!!!!

we received excellent service, everyone was very helpful and courteous. The vehicle we brought had been serviced and washed -it was spotless. all our questions were answered and we left there in a brand new Jeep Gladiator with a smile on our face. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle when the time comes!
