I had been used car shopping for four days, and I was exhausted and frustrated. Alex greeted me outside the front door. He had already driven to the front the car I described. I had a set amount of money and other dealerships were pushy, trying to get me to upgrade, and rushing me. It’s as if they just wanted me to buy so they could move on to the next buyer. Alex and the manager, Pat, listened to exactly what I said and did everything they could to be respectful of my price range and desired car. They even had the same car that was a year older with more accessories, and they did not push me to upgrade. In fact, I didn’t even know it was on the lot until the next day! Alex told me everything about the car, inside and out. There was a lot of information I did not know about cars. I asked Alex a multitude of questions which he freely answered and told me information I should know. He was extremely patient with me. I very much appreciated him after what I had been through with other dealerships. I highly recommend North West Auto in Pasco, WA. They are respectful, kind, and listen. Also, I bought a car at a very fair price. Thank you Alex and Pat!

We had a great car shopping experience with Joshua. He was very, helpful, communicative and efficient. He even stayed after hours as we were traveling from out-of-town and weren’t going to make it before the dealership closed. Very happy with the purchase of my truck! Josh went above and beyond to make this an easy and enjoyable purchase! He and Zef stayed two hours beyond closing, to allow us to look at the truck, and take it for a drive. Josh then gave up personal time once again to deliver the vehicle to me two hours away. No service after the sale. Only promises that are not honored. They reset fuel filter counters without replacing filters.

Pour service , car was not washed or detailed took them all day to wash and detailed. Call hem in the morning and they don't say anything, I was clean or not. Around trip of 4hour to set a wait for a car that my paid cash for with no discount. Not very happy, I drive him they I am a type 2 dieabic broth of us we eat late at noon and dinner. No offer any lunch or dinner.. no gas in to test drive very far. Poor deals hip. Don't care of customs.

After problems with our 18 YO pickup, wife sent me on a mission to find a more reliable truck. I had a list of them to check out and West Coast Moses Lake had the 2nd one. When I got there, the truck I was wanting to see had been sold. Sales Rep Kaya went out of her way to locate an alternate that would work. The sales manager then included nitrogen in the tires and glass etching into the sale price. OK, I get it that they need to make some commission. Picked the truck up Friday, paid cash for it. No green valve caps on the wheels indicating the $95 nitrogen had been done, and no evidence provided that any glass etching hand been done. What they did do is sync my dinosaur flip phone to the truck, and in the process broke the link to my home answering system. When I left with the truck the gas gauge was just above empty and I had to put $48 worth (10 gallons) of gas in it to get it home.
