Well I wasn't sure if I was going to like the guy or the car because honestly cars sales men are the best bull xxxxters besides attorneys but he actually helped get me a car that I liked and got my payments that were good for me and he was actually a nice guy

I went to the dealership with a couple of cars in mind. Carl assisted me with test driving those cars, listened to every concern I had without any judgment and had a different car ready when we got back. They worked hard to find a vehicle that a bank would actually finance for me with my very low credit score and down payment. Devon was absolutely wonderful to sign with at the end. Just a fantastic person. I have already told my friend about Carl because I have NEVER had anyone actually be a listener with a no xx attitude. I am a middle aged female, I am not an idiot. I went in with this much cash and trade in. I am fairly intelligent about cars. He paid attention. Thank you Carl!

My sales person was great to deal with. I picked up the car late Tuesday after five and I never got any paperwork. I have called back and asked for a copy of all the paperwork and they said they would email it to me. Never received it yet. When I got the car, the condition of the exterior was terrible not as bad as I’ve ever seen any dealership on delivery of a car. I’m going to take it to the detail shop and pay to have a details on the exterior as far what I recommend Northwest motors I teeter totter yes and no I really don’t know at this moment. I was sort of disappointed in the dealership.

Honest, forthright and helpful. The dealership kept stressing the importance of building a relationship for now and the future. That was important to me.

I had messaged him about a couple trucks on your lot and had helped me really well but wasn't fully honest with me. I found a truck I was willing to drive 4 hours one way for and asked him if it had been in any accidents and was told it was a clean title and never been in any accidents and only had 1 owner. I had rented a car for $130 dollars to drive up and leave at the airport because I had been approved to purchase the truck and we had agreed on a price. I also spent $80 dollars in fuel just to get up there so total $210 dollars one way. I test drove the truck and then checked underneath and it was super rusty which isn't the end of the world because I can always undercoat it later and clean it up. But the fact he said it wasn't a Canadian truck and it was from Canada on the car fax and had been to auction multiple times which doesn't look good either. The truck had been previously wrecked and vandalized, which had found out after driving all the way up there and then receiving paper work for the truck. The sales associate I had been working with never mentioned any of this information to me. And I had to rent another car to get back down to Boise, ID. That ended up being another $100 and another $95 in fuel. I am going to leave a review stating all of this information unless I am reimbursed for my time. Thank you!
