Josh Munoz was the best!

Josh Munoz was the best! I highly recommend working with him! He listened to what I needed in a car, and found it fast because of their huge inventory! Josh was professional & knowledgeable about my car and he followed up with me to make sure i was happy. The whole team up there were very friendly! I'm very happy with my "new to me" car! Thanks Josh!

Should've read reviews, my fault

End of Aug 2032 I paid 20,000 in full for a 2014 Ford escape se. I've had nothing but problems with it and ow my.PCM is out. Took a week to find that out because the are busy. Now tow to Ford to fix it. So out of a vehicle till its fixed. Like I said I've had problems from the beginning and not little problems. English light on problems. It even guzzled gas until they found some flap wasn't opening or whatever. So you're telling me that they didn't know that selling it? They have to because they are going to check everything out when buying from someone. So paid 20000 10 months ago m I'll I can get now is 4700.00. Can't even train it in. I'm just very disappointed that they could sell a car like this to anyone. But maybe because I'm a woman I wouldn'tquestion them or believe they would do that. Maybe I'm naive and that's the way it is. So make sure you're not stupid like me and check it our. Drive it to a shop thar can put it on a machine for you to check. It cost for that but believe someone who paid the 20,000 in full.

Josh and Don are amazing we went in with a real "pickle"

Josh and Don are amazing we went in with a real "pickle" of a deal. Traded one casket for the nicest Ram 1500 eco diesel I've ever seen, and traded another "real peach" for a tricked out and I mean out cargo van. I'd use them again if I was even looking for a power wheel for my granddaughter. Way to go guys thank you for treating us like one of your own... T&K Duzz...

As the father of Ben,I was supposed to "Co sign " for him

As the father of Ben,I was supposed to "Co sign " for him .Bye the time I got "to the table" you were selling the car to me...I think the circumstances were a bit under handed. Also you took my insurance card to put the vehicle on my insurance ,I ask why are we doing this . No answer was given...In the conversation,I expressed how important it was to have his name on the title ,as to have to build his own credit.Im not even sure that happened because they sent me all the vital info.Yet the worst issue was you never contacted the ins.co. after gathering my info. So the "new car" had no insurance for 3 weeks,kinda shabby,could have been disasterous me.
