The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Music City is the absolute best. They are extremely professional and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about them, and they make the car buying/servicing experience a pleasure. 10/10

Service dept. is OUTSTANDING.
My first experience with the service dept. at MB of Music City...in short, a great experience. My "service advisor", Lori Garrett was not only cordial and knowledgeable but also worked to make sure that whatever services she recommended were, in fact, truly needed based upon prior service records from a different MB dealership and the current status of my 2009 CLK cabriolet. In short, she was intent on saving me money, yet properly servicing the vehicle. Thank you, Lori. My convertible had significant swirl marks in the black paint from a previous poorly executed polishing. I mentioned this to Lori and her response "we can do wonders with swirl marks", so I elected to have the dealership "detailing". Best decision, as the 350 CLK now looks like new...the interior is pristine and the black exterior paint has NO swirls and looks the best it has in many a year. Thank you MB of Music City and Service Advisor Lori Garrett. Sam B.

Great Service, very fair pricing
My first experience with the service dept. at MB of Music City...in short, a great experience. We started using Mercedes Benz of Music City for all our service work on our 6 Mercedes Benz vehicles and our service advisor and the quality of the service work performed at Mercedes Benz of Music City is the best we have experienced. Our service advisor is Lori Garrett and she takes care of everything and delivers a great service experience for us.

My Mercedes recall experience
