Great buying experience on my New QX60!

Great buying experience on my New QX60! Fun fast and easy. The QX60 compared to other similar luxury SUVs just comes in price way under the other vehicles I shopped. But once you get in the car, you feel equal if not more of a luxury feel.

Thank you for the positive review! We appreciate you.

Slimy bait and switch.

Slimy bait and switch. Advertised price $27000. Proposal sheet had $5300 in totally made up xx fees. That is 20%. Skeevy move. If you are a rookie buyer or timid you will get screwed. RUN AWAY!

Hi Dean, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one.

I went to go test drive a car from them a Nissan Ariya.

I went to go test drive a car from them a Nissan Ariya. The following day I told the salesman that I wanna buy it send me a copy of a purchase order so I can bring it to my credit union upon seeing the paperwork. There are some charges that I did not wanna add to it according to the salesman they will not sell the car without those extra charges added to it a $24,000 car comes out to almost $32,000 in total. I don’t think it’s totally fair for them to add those charges and they will not send me the car without it. I can understand the sales tax docs and fees, but the rest was Services that I don’t need. I contacted contacted the dealership and nobody called me back. I contacted Nissan corporate office and they said they could not do Anything. I asked them so he is responsible for for these unacceptable practices of the dealership and they say they don’t know it’s funny that any dealership they just do whatever they wanna do and they nobody is responsible for them. I will never buy a car from the store, such prestigious, name, infinity, top top of the notch and practice very gray way of selling cars totally unacceptable.

Fred, Extended EV Battery service contact was included along with Gap policy in your Purchase Order since you decided not to put any cash money as down payment. Extended EV Battery service Contract and Gap policy are cancelable items. i think you were frustrated because the vehicle was sold before you come back from your credit union with your check, you never left a deposit or a down payment to hold the vehicle but we have more EV Vehicle's now if you would like to come back and check them out. Thx !

Disappointed in car buying process.

Disappointed in car buying process. The service was overall a let down. Our sales person was so cold and so uninterested in us. I would ask if the car had certain things and he said yes but turned out it was missing those things. I wish I could go back and change sales person and maybe the experience would have been better. This was our 3rd infinity and you would think they would treat there repeat clients differently. Well, we decided to take the vehicle. They brought us the most flimsy trash bags to put all of our belongings in and said they were gonna go make sure the car was perfect and fill up with gas. When I looked inside the car, they still had a few fingerprints and oil stains behind the chair and they couldn’t fill it up with gas because their card wasn’t working. They were missing also the additional key they would need to look for it and get back to me. A week later, they found it so I went to go pick it up. The sense of feeling disliked by yourself person and judged is horrible, and it overall took away from the excitement of buying a new car. Sometimes I have regrets in buying the car and I wish I didn’t, but I just want them to do better for their next clients. Make the experience more elevated, Carmax treats their clients better. Hire happy and engaging sales people. Don’t hire sales associates like Bob.

My first time buying a car.

My first time buying a car. I know usually you’re not supposed to trust a car salesman, but my experience was different. As soon as I my term loan is payed off I will trade my car in for a car from this same dealership, with the same car salesman. I love it. Wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else.

Miguel, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!

Came from out of state, simplest deal/sale they could ever have. Asked very specific questions and requested paperwork that could be signed be signed to expedite the process as we flew in and had to drive 8 hours. As sales men usually do, said yes, yes to make me hear what I wanted hear……please improve your communication and expectations to ensure you do not upset your customer. Horrible experience! This google review led to the below. To make matters worse, at 9:30pm after signing the majority of the finance paperwork the sales manager Tim Donnelly comes in and states the owner Moe saw my google review and said he will not be selling me the car because of it. Even the finance manager stated he had not seen anything like this in his 20 years. After paying for flights, and a hotel, and over 3 hours at the dealership my daughter and I were left with no car and the task of figuring out how to get back home, so here I am at 1:45am searching flights and car rentals because of a google review. I even offered to take it down. Words cannot express the shock and disbelief I am in regarding this situation. I have never been treated this way.

I purchased my Q50 in 2021 from Infinity of LV.

I purchased my Q50 in 2021 from Infinity of LV. I maintain my autos well, keep all records & am punctual with service maintenance. Svc rep Ken Franchek was 'appointed' to me from the beginning & has on nearly every svc appt treated me in a condescending manner as if I'm stupid (yeah, autos are not my strong suit but I'm not stupid)....and occasionally Ken presents w/ an OTT manner/tone that is so fake, it's obvious he's full of xx. He tries too hard to be nice and it's truly transparent. I've ignored his attitude for too long. Yesterday was the last straw for me. Steve Staluppi is the most disrespectful, rude SVC-MGR I have ever encountered, EVER!! He sealed the deal for me on my divorce with this dealership. Won't bore you w/details as they've already been cited by other customers. The bottom line is this is the worst customer service I've experienced at any dealership, period! Just know that outside of the cashiers & a tech by the name of James, this is not the place to expect quality customer service or even average service for that matter. Their invoices read "Infinity of Las Vegas is committed to providing each of our clients with TRULY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE." Who crafted that? It couldn't be farther from the truth. No pleasantries here (except from a few sales people), ...no giving customers the benefit of the doubt, ......no explaining with kindness & patience .....& always pushing for an up-sale in the end. It's as though most employees are hating their jobs. And if you or I had to work for Steve Stuluppi we'd probably hate our jobs too!! Because Infinity of LV is the only game in town they can get away with treating you like a piece of crap. So, I'm done & have finally fired Infinity of LV from my life. Yay for me!!! Oh, and the captain of the ship (usually the GM) is typically the leadership role model who sets the tone & mood for the crew, so I'd have to imagine that Moe Fahmy must not be a very nice person, is absent/negligent or doesn't care how customers are treated, as well. Happy to say "goodbye" to Infinity of LV forever!!!! :)))

Mikey and the team were helpful in assisting the lease of a 2024 Infiniti sedan per specifications. It was pleasant interacting with the staff. The terms of the lease were discussed and the test-drive process worked fine.
