Worst Experience

I purchased a vehicle 7 months ago and its been a total headache ever since!!. Customer Service is horrible and I would not recommend at all.

Bad Car Dealership Run as fast as you can!

Sales Man name Roberto THE WROST sold my husband a 2017 Chevrolet Impala mind you we had to drive all the way to Miami passed the Miami international airport to pick this vehicle up, we noticed check engine light was on , wind shield whipes were bad , seat belts didn’t work in the back seat, Roberto Promised that all the problems were going to get fixed check engine light is still on seat belts were never fixed, mind you the car has been back and forward to this car lot and no one can help these guys here just tell you what you want to hear This company and location may have been here for a while I STRONGLY SUGGEST PPL SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Be weary shoppers!

I called 20 minute with the Miami Lot. s before leaving to see the car that I verified was still available with the Miami lot. I arrived at 1130am, and the salesman said it sold at 9am this morning, and wanted to show me other cars. This is the 3rd sales lot that has played a bait & swatch in the past week. Be weary shoppers!

Buyers Beware! Bad Business Operations!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Fees and costs were $10k over sale price! And the dealership didn’t give the breakdown until AFTER credit report was run. This dealership is not concerned with their customers. After asking numerous questions, I never even got a call back.

The best in the area

The staff is amazing. The all tried to help me out on getting approved. I have no credit, not enough for a down payment and they were still able to get me my dream car. Not only that but with lifetime warranty, absolutely unbelievable. You have to come here, and trust me you will leave with a car.

No one else can compete

Came looking for a car for my girl to have. I was looking for something that she can manage service wise and cost wise, and this team was able to meet my every need. We found this Kia that was perfect for her. We were able to get her a lifetime warranty with it and for such a low price.

Looking for local buyers [Dumb, in-person buyers]

xxxx people. - It's not just that, like many car lots they're gouging everybody right now (And all the dealerships in the country are in collusion, with that) - We're in North Carolina, and a salesman YESTERDAY told my wife on the phone he would email us a write-up for out the door price, on a Kia. Turned out the sales supervisor STOPPED him - No email ... We called, Jessica didn't know what was going on - The sales sup (Elizabeth) called us back and she said nothing more of the fact they only want to talk about price and sell a car to people there, in person. We had our own financing - and we expected the price to be bumped up, somewhat - But that wasn't her plan ... It was clear she only wants to talk to people, THERE, because they think they'll get you to also take their stupid, overpriced add-ons (as every dealer has). ... So they're literally waiting for the right dumb person. And you can get dumb people to do things! .. in your interest, and not theirs - in person. Avoid, if you're not dumb. .. Lol

Good customer service

Bought my first car here a few weeks ago. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. They were amazing about helping me through the process of picking out a car, getting financing, and supporting the forward movement until I drove off the lot in my first car.

I bought my Kia Soul from Car Factory Outlet

I bought my Kia Soul from Car Factory Outlet for less than half of what a dealership wanted for a new one. It has low miles and is flawless inside and out. Our sales person was so nice and showed us everything we liked. 5 stars.
