I’m very picky and was looking for a very specific truck. Year, make and model. They had it here. I was very surprised. As soon as I called they said they were going to pull it into the garage give it a wash and have it waiting for me when I got there. They did what they said they would do and I did buy it.

Their customer service did a great job for me. After going through the financing I was shocked at the deal they were able to get for me. No wonder they are so popular! I love my little car.

While there may be many criteria to evaluate a dealership on, to me inventory is king. My family and I have been customers almost since day one and whether I, my dad, my spouse or one of our children is looking for a coupe, a van, a SUV, a truck or a “you name it”, we can find it.

My credit needs rebuilding and I needed a new car. I found Car Factory to be the perfect place to accomplish both. I was helped through every part of the process in a way that made me feel like family. I am not a frequent review writer but my experience here demands one.

OK, I’m not proud; my credit is limited. Car Factory was a breath of fresh air after I was made to feel like a second class citizen at a competitor. They will have all my business going forward for the effort they put forth to get me into a vehicle I could afford and treating me with respect.

I would not have thought it possible but the efficiency with which they operate here allowed me to drive out with my new car in record time. I’m not saying I felt rushed in any way at all. Just that each and every employee I dealt with knew exactly what their role was and how to accomplish it so as not to waste the customer’s time. Maybe that is why “factory” is in their name?...They produce!

Sharing the details of my trade-in online was a huge timesaver when I visited for its onsite appraisal. They cut me a check that day. I intend to return to the location I had it appraised at or one of their other locations over the weekend to begin shopping for its upgraded replacement. I’m told they now have a third location in West Palm Beach.

I went on the site late one night playing around and clicked on “Find My Dream Car”. I decided to see what would happen if I put in the make and model of what I desired most. I was surprised to find that I found exactly what I was looking for and in the color I would have chosen as well. Now I started to get serious. I scheduled a test drive. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Magnetic Black Nissan Rogue for far less than I would have imagined.

This dealership is terrible and sneaky. They will advertise a price but fail to tell you that that price includes a $4000 down payment, $1800 for the "lifetime warranty" a $1000 for "pre-delivery charge" and another $1000 for "destination charge". They try to hide these fees the whole time. I wasted 3 hours with them before I could;d get someone to tell me the REAL price of the car.

I lived a few blocks from where I tend bar until recently. That made having a car or not and the state of repair of whatever hunk of junk I presently owned not very important. Recently moving across town to a nicer place (without an annoying roommate) made a reliable vehicle a necessity. Car Factory provided that for me at a very reasonable price.
