Very helpful and informative

You guys were very helpful and I’m very happy with my purchase! We purchased an Infiniti Q60 and are absolutely impressed by how quick and how helpful they were on getting it within budget. Thank you!

Dealer response

Hi Megan, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We hope you enjoy your Q60!!

The only reason they are getting one star is because I

The only reason they are getting one star is because I couldn't give them zero. I bought a car from them on 10/10 and they said all mechanical issues were fixed. Then they tried to tack on the price of those repairs ON TOP OF the sales price, saying this was the cost of their "lifetime warranty." This should be factored into the sales price to begin with, not some additional cost of something they won't even honor...which leads me to the fact that my cooling fan assembly needs to be replaced. This happened ten days after I bought the car and now, despite their "lifetime warranty" they won't fix it. This is complete BS. I can't recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.

Constantly changing agreed to pricing

Worst experience buying a car I have ever had. Cardon, one of the floor managers, lied on multiple occasions. I eventually ended up buying a vehicle from them because I was in a time crunch and could not get what I wanted anywhere else. Get everything in wringing before to believe a single word. They can’t even be honest about the amount of time it will take to get the deal done. If you can get your vehicle at another dealership I would at all costs. Try the Toyota dealership down the street. Much more direct and up front.

Amazing service!

Had my car break down on me and needed a new ride. I was out of town and called Tim Dahle over a Nissan frontier that I saw posted online. Was my first car buying experience with a dealership and it was awesome! I came in Saturday, they had the truck ready then and there, we test drove it, and I loved it! I left the dealership that day with a really good deal! The sales team is very friendly and professional!

No Bronco for you! But we won’t tell you!

Had probably one of the strangest experiences. We came to Tim Dahle to look at the coveted Bronco Big Bend they have in stock. Was greeted by Alex, he explained the vehicle, handed me the keys, we took her for a short drive (because it had no gas) loved it and went in to talk numbers with Alex. Alex was kind, did his sales man job like any other sales employees, but a little less pushy. It was good. Nothing I’m not used to coming from someone who knows a bit of people in the dealership world due to relationship, friendships with salesman, GM’s and service department members for another big Utah dealership. I chose to try another company because they had my dream car vs ordering from my normal dealership. (Mistake?) What happened next still leaves me baffled after leaving the dealership over 4 hours ago. The finance guys comes out, forgive me for not remembering his name in the 5 minutes we talked. He asked me the lowest I would like my payment. I said I would like to be around my current payment ($870) if not lower, he says okay, has me sign on a make shift line on the paper with all the other numbers, walks away. No more than 60 seconds later, he’s walking out the side door into the wash bay. Alex comes out, says “Here’s yours keys, to my current car, have a great weekend!” What? Come again? Where’s the finance guy going?! I thought we agreed on a price? I’m honestly not sure what happened. I’m guessing it was the finance guy. He had enough because I didn’t agree to his first offer, $1,000 a month with the hopes of a kick back from the after market warranty I have on my current car, because It will help with the payment. Huh?! But can I get an explanation or a simple not going to workout chat? At least come back say you’ll add a pair of dice to the mirror, a bronco sticker, maybe if we really want to get that sale, a Bronco shirt and at that point I might have taken the extra $40 payment and signed the real paperwork. But nothing but a big forget you (putting that nicely)! The Bronco is a family car and I’ve been searching for months now for one. This was my moment, the moment I waited months for, to own my dream vehicle (at the right payment) and the best I got was sign on this fake page so I could leave you in the dust to go hangout with the other non-busy sales members in the wash bay. I felt Alex was done wrong by a simple number crunch and lost a sale. This might be the reason I stick with the Young Automotive Group and wait for their stock in Broncos to come back. Talk about feeling all the emotions like Utah’s seasons in one day. Do Better, Train Better and Think Better! Might help the dealership in the long run. Thank you for your time, Alex, maybe think about a different finance partner to work with next time! Sincerely, The person who drives the “super long Jeep”-said by the finance guy. It’s a Jeep Grand Cherokee L no bigger than the Frontier you have in the gallery.

Great customer service

First contact was with Johnny through text messages, wonderful customer service, on the appointed day he was not able to come in, but had made arrangements for mike to take care of me, for first minute I was very disappointed, but mike quickly made himself into a friend I want to thank both Johnny and mike for making a very stressful time in my life a simple event Gloria lyle

Avoid this dealership

Worst car buying experience of my life! They made a bunch of promises like “we’ll have your paper work ready, the car will be detailed and clean, we’ll give you your paper work.” Yet, spent over 4 hours at the dealership cause finance guy “took his computer home.” They said they owe me a detail after they couldn’t get stains out. Then never paid. Filled a complaint with better business bureau and still have no paperwork or reimbursement. Imagine the worst used car sales men from shows/movies and that was my experience.
