Had a great experience with this dealership buying a new car. worked with Isaac and David. They were awesome to work with. Very easy to make conversation with, super knowledgeable about the Car and it’s features, and we’re very easy to work with. People are nice and accommodating.

Total disgrace as a dealership. Posted a vehicle online, showed a good price. Did not mention any mechanical problems with the vehicle. Showed up to the dealership, the vehicle had MAJOR mechanical problem, transmission won’t allow the car to go over 5 miles an hour. Huge red flag, I walked off the dealership.

I brought my chevy truck in for a pre paid oil change that I'm assuming includes tire rotation and fluid top off?? Maybe I'm wrong but none of this work was done. Not very impressed with the customer service.

The service agent was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! My vehicle was in and out in a timely manner! No hidden fees or upsells...great customer service!

This dealership is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase from them. I brought my car in today for a service contract service and they told me that if I didn’t put an additive into the oil change it would void the warranty. I’ve never heard such a thing in my entire life. Funny I didn’t get charged for it last time? In addition they told me they couldn’t get things that were malfunctioning to malfunction even though it did it when I was standing right there, they told me that I would have to pay for it and it wasn’t covered in the warranty??? They have been pushing me and pushing me to try to buy some extended warranty for the last month. I’m not purchasing another thing from these people and you shouldn’t either.

Don’t buy a used car from this dealer they are dishonest! The salesman told my son that they had just done work on the oil pump and fixed it. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing the truck my son is stranded in the mountains and his oil pump was the culprit. He called the dealership and they won’t stand by their workmanship. $2500 later he is still dumping money into this truck. Will never spend money with this dishonest dealership again, Ticked mom😡😡😡

I knocked of the "shark fin" antenna from my new truck. They said they would have to run diagnostics on the truck for about $150. I did not need diagnostics, I had problem right there in my hand. On top of that, to replace the antenna was over $1,000. No telling what the diagnostic would have found on my 5 mo. old truck. Next, I came if for my "free oil change and tire rotation" and had to pay for oil additive and now my truck ride is very bouncy. I assume the tires are out of balance. Now I need to schedule another appointment to have them try and fix the problem they caused.

Jason and Daniel worked some magic, and helped my family get a car that is reliable, and safe! They were so kind, and honest. They listened to our needs with compassion and knowledge, and found just the right car for us.
