Dishonest and rude

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from them. They refused to sell it for the price they advertised online. And on top of that they added thousands for “shop fees” for “things done to the vehicle recently for example oil change and air filter”. After the manager of the sales department wasn’t happy with our negotiation he walked away with our shaking my hand even though I had intentions of purchasing the car. With all that said the salesman were very nice and helpful however they said I would be covered if anything happened in the first three thousand miles. And I had issues with the ignition 2 HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT IT and they would not do anything about it..... would not recommend

Very good experience with the service department.

We have had very good experiences with the service department at Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful. The Service Advisor Kevin knows his stuff and has always been very helpful. We trust him and the service department and that means a lot to us. Thanks

Poor customer service

If I could leave negative Stars I would unfortunately that's not available my husband and I just purchased a $30,000 car from this dealership and our temp tags expire tomorrow we still haven't gotten our plates yet no one can give us an answer all I get is transferred to one Department from the next and I quite find this to be very frustrating especially when we go in to spend that much money not happy with this company at all

Dishonest salesman who will do whatever they can to close

I bought a 2004 Nissan Murano from Mario Moreno. Everything seemed fine on the test drive, vehicle ran awesome and Mario had nothing but good things to say about the previous owner and the condition of the vehicle. After giving me the run around for a higher down payment (offering me an alternative car that matched the down payment I initially quoted knowing I'd turn it down and accept the higher down payment) we settled on a price. Whilst going over financing aside from all the hidden fees I discovered they had increased the sale price from $5000 to $5300 without telling me. I was displeased with the dealerships dishonesty, but thats not even the worst part. ONE MONTH AFTER PURASING THE CAR THE TRANSMISSION DIED OUT. I bought the vehicle as is and understand the assumption of risk when doing so, but one month?? Come on... I wouldn't recommend Tim Dahle Nissan to anyone. They're dishonest, deceptive, and they sell bad vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM TIM DAHLE NISSAN. PERIOD.

Poor Customer Service

There are some serious ethical concerns with the people who work here at Tim Dahle Nissan. Never in my life have I seen such shady business practices all around. After signing a contract for a basic model car and having them say that we were approved at one rate, they came back a couple days later and said that we needed to put down another $5k. We said no way and returned the vehicle. They then proceeded to return only a PORTION of the down payment, saying that they needed to charge for the mileage on the car. This was strike 1. Upon getting our trade in car back from the dealer, we see that they cannot locate our license plates. They said that we would have to go to the DMV and get replacement plates. This was strike two. After a few days we reached out to them again to get them to pay for the replacement plates that they had lost. A simple reimbursement for their incompetence. They then proceeded to tell us that we would need to REMOVE the negative Yelp review that we had posted informing the world of their shady practices. Really? To get the money back for something that YOU guys did, I have to now censor myself and my experience from the world? Not even me, but also those around me. Because I needed my money back from them, I decided to oblige them on their request. I deleted the Yelp review and went in to get the check. After speaking to their representative, they wanted me to sign a piece of paper that said that we (or anyone else that we knew of) could not post negative reviews on any social media. We stormed out of there in a hurry. That is an embarrassing business practice to try and coerce us into staying quiet after they made the mistake. The world needs to know of these shady practices. They had the chance to make this right and change our mind, but failed to deliver a good customer experience.

Dishonest and sneaky

Purchased a car and the salesman and financial representative were both dishonest, sneaky, and manipulative. Tried to discuss contract with them 14 hours later for clarity and only thing they would say was "the contract's already gone through." Stuck us with $4000.00 of extras. Too bad we were naive and trusting. Horrible!

Mr. j Pearce

Drove from North Ogden to view a vehicle that they said was still there. when we arrived, the salespeople (2 off them) could not find it. After about half an hour of waiting the sales manager said that it was sent to auction the day before with another 6 cars. So we then looked at another vehicle higher priced. They took my Granddaughters details and said they would phone us as soon as they heard back from the bank. 4 days later and still no call or email.

You can give it a try, but don't deal with Brad Fawson

I was working with Brad Fawson. I supplied him all the information he asked, but then stopped responding. Maybe the numbers were not going to work, but he also did not sound very bright. I plan to speak with Tim Dahle corporate management because he was also a bit unprofessional.

Talk about misrepresentation!

So today I went into the dealership and test drove a used car . The add on Ksll’s website said 2004 Nissan Sentra $2999.00 I offered $2600 after driving the car. They left us sitting for 45 minutes told us sorry they were short staffed then proceeded to tell us they wouldnt take the 2600.00 because they want 3500.00 for the car. I said you are aware that you have this listed online for $2999 he said yes it’s because it’s been through the shop. Yes that was also posted in the add. Talk about a waste of time and misrepresentation. I would not refer my worst enemy to this dealership. It’s unfortunate that Nissan put their product with these scammers.
