They stand behind their work
Their customer service in the service department is outstanding. My Volvo's overhead lights stopped working and I brought it in for a fix. They found a short, replaced a fuse, and all seemed well. The lights stopped working again about 2 weeks later and I brought it back. They spent 2.5 days following every possible connection, even through the headliner, to ensure they finally fixed it. I appreciate that they went above and beyond, and for no charge. These guys really stand behind their work.

I couldn’t be there I was out of town and my wife had to bring our Volvo in for service Judd our service tech treated her with the upmost respect and walked her thru the entire service process we had two bad tires on the front of our car looking at them from the outside they still looked brand new but on the inside of the tire was worn badly and bubbling Judd brought my wife out to the service area and showed her the damage instead of just saying to her you have bad tires we replaced them I liked that Volvo and Judd in particular were very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone already have as a matter of fact my name is James Jackson a Volvo owner and a courtesy Volvo service customer for life

Great experience from beginning to end
Daniel Morgan made a great impression from the get go taking the time to answer our questions and demonstrate the many features of the XC90 that we eventually leased. The entire process from the time we walked into the dealership until we leased the vehicle was nearly 1 month, and during that time Daniel was proactive about following up without being pushy or overbearing - a rare skill lately where many sales reps bombard you with emails and/or phone calls. Once we worked out a deal that both sides was happy with, Daniel made the delivery process quite painless. Special shout out to the Carolina the receptionist who saw our 5 year old and let him pick from a box of Hot Wheels cars that they keep on hand - that definitely helped keep him entertained while mom and dad completed the purchase. Great foresight by the GM and team to have something like that on hand to take care of the kiddos. There have been countless dealership trips with the entire family where we decided to bail because our son was bored and distracted which means mom and dad could not concentrate. It's a low-cost option that truly can make the difference between a sale and no sale. The finance process (which is usually about as much fun as pulling teeth) was quick and easy. No pushy sales pitches to sign up for things that we don't care about but also taking the time to answer questions on options that we were interested in.
