If I could give it -0 I would. They are insensitive people without empathy who do not think about customers. I did a lot of things to get a 2013 Nissan Rogue. I took out a loan so I could have it. I traded in my Ford Edge in return. Not even 24 hours passed and the bus had a loud noise in the transmission. Clearly they sold me a damaged bus. They don't inspect cars. when i delivered my ford edge they just watched it turn on and that's it. The next day they had the bus for sale. The day after I bought it I went to the dealership and they told me that I couldn't return it and that they couldn't do anything except check it. no one deserves to go to a dealership and have a damaged car sold. Now I am paying a loan for a bus that has a bad transmission. and these people did nothing there is nothing more frustrating than this. I'M GOING TO FIND A WAY TO TALK TO A LAWYER AND SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE. because this cannot be allowed.

This was a long distance purchase and I had doubts about the quality of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase , Abigail took a video of the entire vehicle in and out to reassure me that I was making the right decision, she also delivered it the next day .
