Recently bought a 2020 Ford Fusion from Jacob. They were extremely professional very helpful and made us at ease through the whole Buying process. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend them. Honest and upfront.

A few weeks ago while leaving Dirt cheap my car started running hot and smoking. I pulled into your lot and was immediately greeted by a sales person. He saw my problem and went and got one of your mechanics. They pulled my car into your shop and checked it out and saw a hose had busted coming from the radiator with an extra piece of hose they had laying around they fixed my car without hesitation. I know this is not what you normally do as you guys only work on cars from your lot so I was pleasantly surprised at your employees for treating me so nicely. Bill and Blake were the mechanics. They were so nice to me and Blake got his hands dirty and wouldn’t let me leave until he was positive me and my son would make it home safely. This is the kind of thing I wish more business would do. They helped me when they didn’t have to and we need more of that. You have some great employees working for you and I tell my story every chance I get in hopes that it would bring you some new business. Please tell those 2 how every much appreciated they are. Your business will go far with people like that working for you. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2020 Honda pilot from this dealership and salesman James Miller. My experience was quick and easy since most of the paperwork was done over the phone. A simple test drive and a meeting with the finance guy and I was out the door in my new car. I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Gulf Auto Direct is a no pressure dealership. They won't push you into something that you don't need or want like most other dealerships just to make a sale. They are straight-forward with everything that ever comes off the lot. They are the only place that gives away cars. No purchase necessary and is completely real unlike most of what you will find on the internet, especially Facebook. I won a 2011 Ford Fiesta by commenting, sharing, and liking their giveaway post. That's it! I walked in, they showed me the car, told me everything that they knew about it, and I drove away. No gimmicks, no catch, no bs. I would recommend anything that they sell. If for some reason you have an issue, I'm willing to bet, they would back you 100%.
