My friend took his vehicle in to be fixed“Bates Chevrolet on Allen rd in wood haven MICHIGAN has had my Yukon going on 4 months. i stopped by about a week ago and found that they have taken my vehicle off their property i ask why and was told by Sherry the manager of the service dept that they didnt want me coming there and stealing my vehicle off of their property. YES I DO HAVE A ATTORNEY. OH and my bill went from 5000 to 8400 and my vehicle doesn't run it is the same as when i took it to them, they don’t know what is wrong with it.” He has tried contacting them MANY times!!

On my Brother in law's recommendation I dealt with Erik Capion and he was right. My wife's lease on her F-150 was close to being up and with her being spoiled by driving 4x4 trucks for the last 6yrs., she wanted another one. We decided to purchase a used vehicle this time around as lease's are outrageous now. Erik sold us a 2021 Silverado at a great price with no Bulls%#t and low mileage. Needless to say, she is very happy with it as I am too. I'm sure there are other great sales persons at Bates Chevrolet but Erik is my sales guy for any future purchases. I was pleased with how quickly they repaired my Malibu. I and put in an hour for a tear in my sidewall. Unfortunately I needed an oil change and their schedule was full. So I had to use an outside source.

i have bought from michael bates / rodgers chevrolet for over 20 years and iam done with them, i purchased 2021 chevy equinox premier brand new and bought he best gm bumper to bumper warranty they have cost me $3500 the one time i go to use it in the winter when my turbo went bad they said it was'nt covered do to the weather casued i say prove that, gm warranty rep said it was on the 10 page contract they gave me at closing which they didnt so i had to pay the $500 to fix it never ever buy a extended warranty from the if i had known this i would have bought it or the car this dealership is all about the money and not about the people.
