This is my second lease from Baron Johnson, and each time

This is my second lease from Baron Johnson, and each time has been nothing short of amazing. He's very efficient! I will definitely recommend. Ezra George was a great help as always!

Turn in my lease and get a new lease.

Deshoun Kuhn my sales consultant was very helpful and very nice. He did a great job. Also Di, I don't know her last name was also very helpful. They made sure I was happy with the new 3 year lease and price.

Great experience

Erik and the team were very helpful and made sure I got the truck I was looking for, at a good price. No hassles or sneaking nonsense charges into the deal, just a good overall experience.

Took 6 1/2 weeks to not 1 1/2 as told.

Took 6 1/2 weeks to not 1 1/2 as told. Not acceptable! This after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment.

Michael Bates was on my list of dealerships to visit to look for a lease for my son. Baron Johnson was available to help and from start to finish was exceptional. My son is happy with his new vehicle and we look forward to many more years of leasing with Baron and Michael Bates

Extremely helpful

On October 30, 2023 I needed to have my vehicle towed and we arrived 10 minutes before closing time that evening. Justin and Vincent in Service cheerfully and efficiently took care of my needs and then Dee (manager) offered to drive me home. They all made a stressful experience much less painless. Thank you.

In the beginning Michael Bates service department was

In the beginning Michael Bates service department was very good very courteous service but as soon as my warranty was up I didn't get the same treatment that I did when my warranty was active. I have some oil spray that was seen underneath my hood took it to them to see why that oil was in that area they really could not figure it out at first after taking it back this last time they discovered the issue they supposed to have fixed it I paid over $1,000 and I still have the same issues going on and I cannot get no answers and all they want me to do is pay for another evaluation all over again which I refuse to. Also they put a control arm on the right side of my vehicle as well as brakes and rotors I've been noticing a little noise coming from the right side of my vehicle I took it back up there to let them know that I was hearing noises that I never had before I took it there and one of the service clerks told me that it was nothing it was just the type of brake pad material that they use now and it was nothing but I'm still experiencing the noise and it's getting on my nerve and I will never bring my car back to them to look at another problem ever again no respect for loyal customers who have spent a lot of money in that establishment.
