My overall experience at University Auto Center was fabulous thanks to Brad Bowers and his professionalism. I came in pre approved and left with a different loaner because Brad made are deal much better to fit my needs then my pre approved loan was. I feel like I just dealt with a dealership that has more then just the bottom line on there mind I felt that Brad and the dealership care about the customer they have I am a customer for life at University Auto Center.

University Auto Center in Ellensburg has the best service people at a dealership, especially Breanna, who had my Durango for oil change, tire rotation and new wipers, job done right and like a NASCAR pit crew! I actually like the way this customer interaction is with the covid-19 restrictions; WAY more efficient! Nice work UAC!!
