I went through Sam's Club Car Buying Service which is hosted by Truecar. The whole point of using this service is to avoid any games and lack of transparency by the dealership. Below is the certificate I received from Sam's/Truecar: Member Price Summary Advertised List Price $18,000 Dealer Discount - $350 Your Member Price $17,650 Dealer Document Preparation Charge + $85 Total Dealer Fees & Accessories + $85 Total after Dealer Fees & Accessories $17,735 As you can see the total is $17,735 including all dealer Fees and accessories. Unfortunately, this dealership engages in shady and unethical business practices, and they will try to add over $2000 for a ridiculously priced clear coat that you can not opt out of, even though it is not mentioned on the certificate. Of course the first thing the salesman will say to you is that we are a very upfront and transparent dealership. Obviously not true. They will do everything they can to get you into their shady dealership, but if they truly wanted to be honest and transparent, they would price their cars without these unnecessary add ons in the first place. Steer clear and take your business elsewhere.

McKenna Sucks
Don’t buy from McKenna dealerships They Sucks.. don’t buy . Sales people lies misleading. sales rep fiancé manager should be arrested for stealing from there customers.. better business bureau needs to check out there contacts. I just bought a brand new car a Fletcher Jone.. amazing experience

Bad customer service
My pregnant girl uber there today around 7pm Cause she been told that the 2019 tiguan SE white and black interior is there but its not so they lie about that and they tryna sell her the black one instead.. so me and my girl where so disappointed. They didn’t even offer to give her a ride home and btw her due date is on the 26 of oct. they didn’t even offer to give her a ride home and she’s with my 6yrs old son..this is the worst dealership ever..

Complete lack of follow through
Let me start by saying, I don't write reviews (I just like to read them). Mckenna has been so incredibly horrible to deal with that I feel inclined to share so that others don't have the same experience as myself. I leased a Jetta from McKenna Cerritos from 2015-2018. I decided to buy a new car in Aug. 2018 from the dealership because I didn't have any issues in the past. When I purchased the car four months ago in August, part of the deal was they would pay VW the outstanding balance of my car totaling under $300. No problem, right? Absolutely wrong. My family and I have spent the past four months trying to get Mckenna to pay with no results. I continue to get past due notices from VW and I continue to demand that it be handled. My credit score might be hit because of Mckenna's inability to follow through. We tried to deal directly with Joe Serpico, the general manager. I have made multiple calls to his office, where the receptionist said, "I can see him on the phone, I'll have him call you back". When he legitimately ignored us for another week (we sent about 4 emails with no response), he then later told us he was "on vacation". I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone who expects follow through. It was even written in the contract! Just beware. Would hate for the same thing to happen to you.

What is a title ?
I can’t belive in this day and age individuals can be so irresponsible and still stay in business. David the sakes manager and Marco were responsive only through the leasing process. I have made several calls to either of them regarding the vehicle . They have not responded nor directed me to the right individual. They are the worse

Carlos in Service exceeded my expectations!
My son and daughter in law brought my car in for the 10k oil change, while I was babysitting my grandson :D Carlos ran a diag. test b4 they left and told them it looks like the battery was recalled and needs to be replaced at no charge. They also picked up the car and it was washed inside and out with great detail to the inside windows and vacuumed and my daughter in law was so impressed, she told me how wonderful they are there and she cant wait to get her next car there! :D I know why this is my 3rd car from McKenna in HB but it's great to hear that my kids see the exceptional customer service as well! :D

McKenna VW is a nice "family" to buy from!
This is actually my second time buying a car from this dealership. The first time was almost 12 years ago. I have to say this time was a better experience. I felt really taken care of while working with Olivia, and Lori too. The finance ladies were also very nice. Tina Marie explained everything about the car on the day I picked it up - which was quite helpful!. I have no complaints! I very much appreciated the friendliness and sincerity that was extended to me throughout the buying process. Olivia is very down-to-earth and patient. I trusted her honest opinion, which ultimately led me to purchase my car (which I love!)
