Cheated me. Lied to me.

Lied to me re: return money is $1200 short. Said they would return check for $1200. They returned $450. Feel so cheated. Better Business has over fifteen complaints presently open. BEWARE! Short

Terrible Experience

Selling Telluride for 7,000 over sticker while multiple dealerships in the area have the Telluride for MSRP or below. Quality of dealer ship is below average. Highly not recommended.

oil change

impeccable service department, Always greeted with a smile prompt service, easy to schedule I like the fact they use mobil 1synthetic oil and the free tire rotations are a plus the waiting area is always neat and well stocked with snacks

Originally to collect prize money. New car!

Awesome Experience with Dan O'Brien Kia

In January I bought my 2019 Kia Rio SS from salesperson, John. When other dealerships were throwing me under the bus because I had co-signed a car loan for someone else and I had no vehicle, John made sure he got me into a brand new vehicle with little down and at my monthly affordability payment. I am very pleased with my experience with sales and my vehicle! I have referred people and brought people in for the same experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

You will get screwed over just by stepping foot on their showroom floor. I walked in to trade my vehicle for a used truck they had there, Handed him the keys to my truck so they could do a estimate for trade, and needless to say i never got the keys back. ("sign right here and ill give you your keys back" is what my salesmen said to me - Ian)I told them my payment limit, and they did not even come close. after 4 attempts i tried to leave BUT DIDN'T HAVE MY KEYS! Meanwhile asking multiple times what the cost of the new vehicle is, Ian stated multiple times about not working with used inventory so he doesn't know the price, and never gave an effort to look it up either. I found an estimated price by taking a payment they gave me and multiplied by the number of months financed. They finally got a number i liked and i signed the deal, three days later and 13 credit inquires and i still have no financing. I called to see what the issue is and they said my co-signer gave the wrong social, you think they would call me? Never did. And she gave the right social it was just an excuse cause they couldn't get me financed for the numbers we signed on. over the phone they told us my payment might go up so i can get financed. But i signed on a lower one. needless to say i did hold them strong on that and didn't let my payment go up. I went back down a resigned everything. They were supposed to inspect my truck at this time because they sold it to me and didn't put an inspection sticker on it. they told me someone would stay late to do it for me and no one did. Fast forward a week when i go to get it inspected at their other location, they try to tell me i am responsible for paying to repair what had to be fixed. I fought that too. Fast forward 3 days and my truck is in the shop for an axle and ball joints that " Passes" inspection. Luckily the warranty covered the cost of them. This dealership chain absolutely cares nothing about customers and only about making a cut. 3 months of having the truck and i sill dont have the spare key i was promised by my sales person. I have contacted the better business bureau about this he** hole. Dan O'Brien is a little weasel who trains all his little minions to be the same dirt-bag he is. Wish I never bought here!!!

Beware!

This was not one of my better experiences with dealerships. I made an appointment there so I wanted to keep it. With excellent credit they tried to pass off a very high finance rate without disclosing it. It was only when I added the numbers and asked that I saw what they were trying to do. They applied the factory rebate as part of my trade value which kept the price of the car up and did nothing on the trade side of the deal. I kept haggling with them unnecessarily and was about to walk out, then they came around to some common ground. I have always felt good about new car purchases because I do the research and try to be well prepared. This dealership will try to get you to pay WAY more than you should.

U will get screwed

So purchased a 2019 kia forte they had me sighn a form called a contingonsee form wicth states car is not financed and then 20 days later and 1650 miles they took the car back because they couldn't get it financed so do not buy a car from them u will get screwed o ya bye the way in the process they ran my credit report 10 times

Place is a joke

We bought our car Sunday here it is Thursday and they still have it. Said they will register it. Been calling to see what is taking so long everyday I get the run around. I just called back was on hold for 7 mins they told me the guy who is supposed to be registering my car left to go to the store. I said well Nick Hanna should be registering my vehicle he was supposed to call me before he went to the RMV. The dude Jack that sold it to us had to go on guard Duty cuz he's in the military he left and no one touched our file for 2 days and then when I called them back they're all confused no one can get anything about the paperwork right. This place is a joke and if I could undo what I signed I would horrible do not go there

My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Jean sales person, along with the financial person Tony No pressure I would recommend this dealership to all my friends....
