Ty Gregg was fantastic. This dealership is 1000 times better than the Carmel location. Went there a few days ago and the staff was terrible. Came here to fishers location and received excellent service.

We blindly drove down from Fort Wayne, IN to see a white 2016 Kia Sportage, Ty greeted us at the door with a warm smile and willing to help us. I told him what car I was looking for, he pulled the identification number up on his phone and got the keys within a few minutes. I knew what I was looking for so I wanted to buy it after the test drive. Ty was very efficient with the paperwork process, he explained everything in detail which was very helpful for me. Ty even sat with us had a great conversation while we waited for the paperwork to go through. I got the payment I wanted along with a protection plan. Ty deserves all the praise for his awesome hospitality and making the car buying experience so positive and a breeze.

There was no social distancing, hand-sanitizer, face masks, cleaning by the staff, etc. during our four hour visit. This was disappointing. When I asked for a no contact sale I was told we would need to come in. I would have preferred an online sale and free home delivery. I also would have preferred the price listed online as the final sale price and the 120 day payment free option for a new lease.
