Absolutely worthless experience. Told on the phone,when I asked about a car I wanted to talk about, We are doing crazy deals right now!! Get up there, low balled me for my trade in, an insult actually, then refused to come down on the car price, saying we have a lot in this vehicle. Can't lower the price. They treat you like you are stupid, and don't have a clue about prices, trade ins, etc.

Overall, he is a very honest and nice guy. Napleton, formerly Butler, has sold us three cars over the years. Always honest, quick, and reliable. Nate contacted me Monday and signed a new car agreement on Tuesday. I would highly recommend them.
