I was considering purchasing a car from this dealership. Myself and a friend test drive the car and was not pleased with the transmission. I was told by the sales person, if I purchased the car they would take care of the transmission. I took the car back a month later and the transmission is fine. I really am pleased with my purchase and the work that they were able to complete.

I was coming here when it was Crossroads and had no problems and now that it is Cloninger I have had no problems. I gave them the 5 stars because they do good work. I cannot complain.

They have great customer service, friendly, & took good care of me, & my Ford focus!! Great dealership!! I would recommend anyone to buy a car here, & get there car fixed here!!

I was shown only cars that closley resembled my choices. The salesman took all the time I needed to allow me to make my decision and explained many options and my concerns.

I was window shopping for a vehicle to replace may company car when I turn it in on my retirement. I will not retire for six months but wanted to see what I would like. They allowed me to look at several cars with no pressure to buy. And we discussed likely pricing closer to my retirement. Fortunately, they had in stock a 2018 version of a F-150 truck that was exactly what I wanted. And they were able to work out a price that motivated me to buy now. I felt like they were on my side. Also, when my company car was delivered there, they assisted me in resolving a missing option on the car and they were not the selling dealer. That is why I went to Cloninger when I was ready to shop and purchase.

We have purchased several vehicles from here. J.D Abee and his crew are top notch! We have always had the best experience. We are back to a complete Ford family.

Great is was pretty simple buying a new vehicle the crew walked through each process with u until the end and then Randall drove it to my house, Good job
