Poor Business Practice
I will be honest, The service department was the highlight of leasing an Audi. but I am in such disbelief that I have been treated with the upmost deceiving and dishonest behavior at a reputable Dealership. This all started in late June, My 2018 S3 had come to the end of its lease term, I had planned turning the S3 in and receive an offer to then go buy another Audi, My first contact was with Audi Fremont, I requested a followup to see if they were interested ion the Audi S3, The communication jumped around a lot between 3 different Reps, I couldn't keep track. One of the Reps Name was Samantha Song "Sales Manager", the other Daniel Garza " Audi Fremont rep" and Ben Baysic also an Audi Fremont rep, at the end of this long thread of communication and awesome offers they were providing, I was connected with one of them named Daniel Garza. on multiple occasions I was told things like, "We want to buy your car and pay you top dollar" or " Your cars value is so high right now, your going to get a great return" Once I made it clear what I was looking to get and if they wanted to buy the car, I was told This 2018 Audi S3 was not able to be sold nor could they buy it. They said it would go strait to an auction house and would only receive at most $28,000 for the car. Note: This same car is going for resale at $39,000 and mine has 8,000 less miles than the ones going for that price. I asked why and their BS excuse was that Audi has an open recall for a POD sensor, which for the past 3 years of owning the car I have had to replace the POD sensor 3 times. that's 1 every year! I was in disbelief because the cars value at trade in is $36,000. this is a scam! so I said to myself I would hold and wait. in the meantime had decided to mail a check to Audi Financial Services in a large sum of $25,000. it has been a month since I did so and I have not received my Title or confirmation that they received my money, So I called today and asked, The AFS Rep stated that they could not find the checks or the overnighted certified letter I sent in. IT WENT MISSING!?!? We spent less then 1 hour connecting with someone from AFS to try and located the delivered and signed overnight mail piece but they said it could not be found. I had sent live cashiers checks and now I am out nearly $26,000 and I have No idea what to do?! I mean this is clearly on Audi, its their mistake they need to make it right. I can understand if there was a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication, But for professionals to be dishonest and deceive their clients, that's a bigger concern for me. So maybe Markus Duesmann "CEO of Audi" can reach out and at least apologize and go search for my money that has vanished in the hands of AFS in Illinois! By this point I am dumbfounded that Audi has treated me with this much dishonesty and ruined my experience with there services. I can tell you this experience has def destroyed my opinions of Audi and the reputation and sadly I will not be buying another Audi. As always Cheers! see you on the next review. Christopher

We had a wonderful sales experience at Audi Fremont. Dante was the best salesperson we have ever had buying a car. He was very knowledgable, helpful and patient. He explained to us the many features of our new car both during the purchase process and after. He helped us setup our car just the way we wanted. Sales experience was not high pressure and we always felt comfortable and well-informed. If you are looking for an Audi, we highly recommend Audi Fremont.
