Unless the dealership offers a solution for this lemon STAY FAR AWAY! purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado WT 4.3L V6 from this dealership a year ago with 91,000 miles on it for around 20,000 Within days, I started experiencing intermittent electrical and shifting issues that have never been resolved. Now at 98,000 miles, 14 Service visits and 4 different mechanics at a loss the truck suffers from: Random electrical communication faults (CAN bus errors) Infotainment screen staying on after shutoff Key stuck in the ignition after driving Jerky, delayed 1–2 transmission shifts Frequent trouble codes including U0100, U0140, U0101, B3205, and more I’ve had these problems since the day I bought it. I trusted that a truck sold at this price and mileage had been thoroughly inspected, but it’s become clear that these issues were likely pre-existing or at least never disclosed. This is not just a “bad sensor” or “wear-and-tear” — these are major network and control issues that affect how the truck drives, powers down, and shifts. I expected better quality control and accountability from this small dealership. Now I'm stuck troubleshooting a vehicle I rely on daily — and one I shouldn't have had to fight with from day one. This has been a deeply frustrating experience.

Brian was very helpful in our purchase of our newer Nissan kicks. we got a great fair deal and are happy with our purchase. They are very nice to work with and courteous. They are our tailgate family and we deal with them any time we need another car.

Didn’t reply to texts via posted number. A person reached out via email about a week later. I informed them with screenshots of texts but they said they cant reply if they don’t have my number. Seems as though they’d of had my number if I text them in the first place no? It just seemed like poor communication and lack of accountability. If that’s how the transaction starts, how will the rest of it go?

Awesome place to buy from!

Ethan was awesome he sent me photos of the car I wanted as well as any imperfections of it prior to me driving in from another state! He was a pleasure to work with. I sold vehicles for over 15 years and he was great to work with.

Keep looking elsewhere

We purchased a car here for our daughter, it had a check engine light on at the time and they said their mechainc would get it fixed before we made a deal. We came back later and bought the car after being assured it had been repaired. A year later it has a blown engine after being in the shop a few other times, the problem was never fixed. I'd look somewhere else.
