Definitely recommend Boucher Mazda in Racine. I went to several dealerships in the area and they were the best. They had more options on the lot for the new car I was interested in – I didn’t have to order what I wanted – than other places. Also the salesman, Almer Croox, was great. He was very nice and didn’t pressure me while I was there. I got a great car from them, a place and process you should absolutely give a try.

Worst experience ever! Ordered the car from Japan with extra add-ons. The car arrived with none of the add-ons. I have already received the statement for my first car payment, but have not yet received all the add ons that I ordered. I call on a regular basis to see if they have come in, get blown off by their parts department. Sales staff say they will look into it and get back to me. all I hear is crickets. Now when I call to check on the status all I ever get is voicemail, never a live person. Amazing how ALL employees are always unavailable to take calls or look into the issue to attempt to solve the problem. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Have purchased several cars from Boucher dealerships. Latest one was 2023 CX5. Noah was very helpful and courteous. Low pressure from both Sales and Finance.

This dealership is untrustworthy. I put a $500 deposit down on a factory order CX-50. Anthony (Tony) did not provide me with a signed buyers order or build sheet - meaning the OTD price we discussed would not be guaranteed on delivery. After all of that, they called me the next day to tell me that the dealership is not accepting build orders. Hours of time wasted. And I still only have a "conditional" refund for my $500 deposit and it has been MONTHS. Terrible experience!

Sarah was our sales person, and I give her a lot of credit for putting up with my husband’s ridiculous lowballing. She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and has a great sense of humor. My daughter tried to buy a car at this dealership. They declined to take her check. The salesperson and the finance person said that it was because she was so young. Then they asked me if I had my checkbook. It was a clear case of age discrimination. I would never buy from this dealership.
