All employees very nice and helpful.

All employees very nice and helpful. Transaction was a positive experience. Only hiccup was I felt I should have received more for my trade-in. After spending $1,300.00 for bodywork and having the rear bumper straightened, plus another $100.00 for required parts, the $1,000.00 I received for my trade-in was a wash and then some.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Boucher

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Boucher Mazda. We have been very pleased with the Sales and Service Departments. LT was our sales pro this time around. He is a very personable guy, knows his products, is professional and courteous. The finance guys were also good to work with. At no time did we feel pressured or bullied.

LT was the sales guy who attended me, besides keeping

LT was the sales guy who attended me, besides keeping everything real with me he also helped me with every process on being able to purchase my vehicle. This guy is amazing, he had so much patience and was really helping through this process. I highly recommend and hope on purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

WOMEN BEWARE!

WOMEN BEWARE! Do NOT buy a car from this dealership! I went to Mazda racine on November 22nd to test drive a Mazda3. After the test drive the sales rep (LT) showed me the price of the car with an added on $4,000 warranty that was completely unnecessary. The Mazda was priced as $26,425 online but when he showed me the price it was over $30,000!!! Talk about preying on a women!!! He never gave me a complete price break down for the car. He then test drove my Kia because I was planning on trading it in. After the test drive he offered me $750 for a 2014 Kia rio. He then proceeded to keep my keys in his pocket for the next 2 hours. I’ve never had a sales rep do this and I know it was a nasty sales tactic. When I told him I was not set on purchasing a car that day and that it cost more than I was willing to pay he brought in his overly persistent manager Scott. Scott made me very uncomfortable and continued to try and push me into buying the car the same day despite me saying several times I was not ready to make a purchase. On our way out the door the manager told me that LT our sales rep would be calling me the next day but the next day the manager called. This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to and I’ll never go back and no I did not buy a car. This dealership preys on those that are desperate for a vehicle and they are hoping you don’t know any better. If i could rate them 0 stars I would.

Michael my sales rep was extremely helpful,

Michael my sales rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, amd easy to communicate with. I had a bit of a complicated situation and the Boucher group and Michael were the best! Can't recommend more highly.

Managers and financial people were dishonest All the way.

Managers and financial people were dishonest All the way. I did all the work to get the car We need, it was a lot to get the price, terms and fees to line up. Every attempt you can imagine to get the price higher by thousands was made by these people. With the four week of shopping and learning We did, helped some but they still have their ways. Love the Mazda, Hate the buying experience.

Have a Kia telluride ….

Have a Kia telluride …. Scheduled an oil change …. Went to frank Boucher Kia since I have a Kia ! After 20 minute wait they say you’re at wrong dealership go to Boucher Mazda ! I don’t have a Mazda go there anyway ! Off I go … get there and wait … talk to service rep gave me my options I choose one and a wash was included ! Asked rep please make sure it gets washed ! No problem she says ….. waiting I ask about the maintenance history on my car and the app …. Rep didn’t know but would find out ….. hour later car is done rep didn’t help me with questions no where to be found …. Pay for service $170 oil change lol …. Rep walks with me to car! Not washed !!! And she didn’t know why??? lol whatever and go to get in car and everything in my glove box is thrown all over front seat … I ask why ? Rep says idk maybe he hit a bump and it all flew out….. lmao come on people …. I know why it’s all out but they didn’t put it back together !!! So now I have too after paying $170 ! No wash no help with maintenance and wrong dealership….. makes me wonder if they even did all the work they said they did …. Never go there for maintenance! Will also file complaint with Kia / Mazda !!

Rick Mokry the sales associate did an excellent job

Rick Mokry the sales associate did an excellent job helping us find the vehicle we wanted! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very helpful through the process!
