I would like to give 4.

I would like to give 4.5 but anyways, slight knock for their financing, make sure you get your own from a local credit union. Otherwise they are great, no pressure, tomes of cars lots going on they have a huge online business. Would purchase from them again.

I would like to give this dealership a One star rating,

I would like to give this dealership a One star rating, but I did not end up buying a car from them. So out of fairness, I will give them a two for the professionalism (or lack thereof) displayed by Salesman Myron Weaver. I called to negotiate an Out the Door price for a vehicle before I drove an hour and a half down to the dealership for a test drive. I was ready with my own financing, and would drive down in the next day or two. Myron seemed appalled and personally attacked when I asked to negotiate for a lower price. "Not possible" he says. Eventually, I was able to get him to offer $10,900, then $10,800, then $10,700 for a vehicle when he initially told me $11,200 out the door. Myron became very aggressive over the phone, and definitely sounded upset. At one point I had to ask him to calm down. Nevertheless we came to a small agreement on price where I would make the trip. However, I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done first. I called a few mechanic shops in the area and they all said the same thing. "Buyer Beware". One shop even told me that 9/10 vehicles they've seen on a pre-inspection have come up with something seriously wrong with them. With this information I cancelled my appointment. In all fairness to Myron he didn't take it too hard, at least how he displayed over text. If you are going to buy something from these guys, please make sure you get a pre-purchase inspection. Hope this helps someone!

I love my car.

I love my car. I want to start with that. I do love it; however, I was sent a video. In the video they pointed out the rip in the top - like zoomed in and really showed it to me. They did not do that for the crack in the front fender, or the scraps down the side or the mirror. I was a little disappointed in that since I was buying the car in PA and having it shipped. The financing side of it was also really confusing. I had a balance of X which somehow became X + $268.00. Financing was also a bit of a nightmare. My salesman was great. I really enjoyed working with him - he always answered any of my questions, even after hours and was readily available for me. I appreciated that a lot since I was buying out of state and never seeing the car. I would recommend purchasing in person or getting a second party inspection. Again, I do love my car, and I appreciate everything the dealership did for me, but there are somethings I am just not to sure about. All in all, mechanically, the car is perfect, and I guess in the end that is what is really important.

Took forever to even get a call back, it was like pulling teeth, told me the car was drivable, was not! Offered to have the car shipped to me, asked them to cover the window before hand so the car would not get water in it since it was leaking. Can you guess whose window wasn’t covered? The only person that was able to save the experience was Paul. As someone who is a salesman at a dealership I would just say be careful

Truck test drove fine but is a complete junker.

Truck test drove fine but is a complete junker. Within the first 3 months...exhaust fell off, door handle broke, AC quit working, ball joints and struts completely failed, brake caliper locked up, heated seat quit working, one of the doors won't lock. Also, READ YOUR CONTRACT. They tried to back out on 2 things we agreed to. If I had not carefully read the contract I would not have caught it.
