I was met with Complete disrespect when shopping used here, salesmen was NOT knowledgeable in his inventory, not only that the blatant lack of service of the vehicles on lot, Russel will sell you a lemon that’s ready to drop dead tomorrow for the price of a brand new car from a REAL dealership, take your business elsewhere. I can’t imagine the amount of people who have put cars from this dealer in a junkyard.

I bought the car remotely and the transaction went smoothly. The salesman was friendly and helpful, providing me a video walkaroung before we made the deal. The finance guy was helpful, as well. My only issue was that the car was not prepped for delivery when I drove four hours to pick it up. The mats were in the trunk and all the stickers were still on the windshield. Not great on a rainy day. That aside, good experience. Will check in with GTX the next time I'm in the market.

This was an easy transaction; Straightforward, no pressure, no games. I responded to a market place listing and the vehicke was as in inventory, as described. They also had a huge inventory of other cars that caught my eye, I'll be back! Sean was my.sales rep and was awesome.
