this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

This place is an Great environment and have great staff I would recommend you come here and they also have a great amount of options the Honda pilot I purchased was perfect great price and mileage Thanks again and I appreciate all that you do

They LIE, smile and shake your hand while doing it.

They LIE, smile and shake your hand while doing it. All over replacing headlight bulbs. Bought a car, spent over 20k and it had a headlight out. Must've slipped through their "55 multipoint inspection" along with the driver side marker light, driver's side door handle lights, that were out and the license plate light assembly that was broken and hanging by the wires. Albir put the temp tag on. I had to take the car back and they were supposed to have replaced both headlight bulbs, so they match. Both the manager and Albir shook my hand and told me they changed both headlight bulbs. The next morning when I went to work I could tell that they didn't change both of them because the one that was not out was still yellow and dim, while the other is bright, but out of alignment. A bold face lie. Albir told me he actually watched them change both of them. That was a lie. I had the car home for a week and then told the dealership of the issue, via text. I received no reply, no response at all. If they miss these small details then what else was missed?? If they lie about changing headlight bulbs, what else will they lie about?? xxxx, they didn't even clean the car, after it sat out in the rain, for days. I wilI say, they sure cashed my down payment check as fast as they could. I would AVOID this place.

Well I got what I came for and left overall .

Well I got what I came for and left overall ..satisfied with my purchase. I wanted my car cheaper but.. they were able to work a workable payment plan for the difference.
