I've been taking my car to High Point Mitsubishi for service ever since I purchase my car back in December 2020 it has always been a pleasure dealing with the service department they have good customer service they always welcome me when I come in and most of them know me by my name I just really want to thank J and J for all the help and everything they have done for me and I will continue to bring my car there for service because they really take care of their customers thank you the service department High Point Mitsubishi

Caveat Emptor
Bought used vehicle which ended up needing repairs that were undisclosed at time of purchase. When asked dealership 3 days after purchase to help cover the cost of repairs, I was informed they would not help. Salesman also lied to my face and told me the vehicle had new tires and brakes. Turns out tires are 5 years old. Who knows about the brakes? Caveat emptor.

I love this store!
I was turned down at other dealerships. These guys are awesome. Not only did they sell me a car they hooked my girlfriend up too. Great selection and the prices was fair. We was in and out in less than 2 hours with 2 cars!
